My experience was terrible. The hotel cancelled my reservation even though Expedia had it confirmed on their end. No one had proper reasoning as to why it was cancelled and I had to rebook the day of and pay extra. No one as helpful. Wifi was terrible and made me go downstairs to get the "password" and when I got downstairs, they stated I could dial '0' on the phone and it would have been given to me. Everything had been such a hassle and inconvenience to me that day. I would never come back.

Everything was great, valet parking is pretty much forced on you at $49 per night and you gotta’ tip every time they get your car for you so have cash handy I wasn’t prepared for that. I thought it was just standard self park at the property. We got a room with a beautiful city view with two beds, but the beds were tiny. I want to say maybe they were full size mattresses, pillows were great, mini fridge in the room but no microwave. The lobby is beautiful and the pool was heated but no hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

The property met all my expectations. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I appreciated the amenities. I will say the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. The only negative is the fact that when we were at the pool there were people on the hotel property (presumably not guests) smoking marijuana right next to the pool.

Absolutely perfect for a couple getaway like I had. Went to the warriors vs lakers game..wasn’t far away.. restaurant upstairs on the 35th floor was breathtaking. Staff was amazing!
