After a brutal day of travel I finally got to the Westin at 2:30 AM. No one at desk. At 2:45 someone emerged to tell me I had to wait another 20 minutes for the “hotel audit” to complete. Are you kidding me? Westin has no plan for this other than “wait” 20 minutes at 2:30 am? Pitiful.

This airport was very clean and nice. It’s on the airport grounds which made it very convenient. Staff was nice and friendly. I had no issues with the room. The entire place was clean from top to bottom.

The hotel is corporate and anonymous. They charge $70 extra for an early check in and then billed me for two days of parking at $55 for each day even though I only parked for one day and paid at the machine. When I called them to ask for the bill to be changed I was told to speak to accounting the following week and furnish proof because “it is your word against our’s”.

The amenities are cool and the staff was very friendly and asked if I had ever stayed here. When I said no, they gave me a lot of info about their amenities. They even have a Top Golf Suite in the lobby. Too bad I won't be here longer.

Was horrible service at check in and then pool was dirty and hot tub luke warm. Bathroom had no fan so got hot and then door wouldn’t stay open. Disappointing for the brand. Will switch next time and wouldn’t stay here again for sure.

A creepy dude followed us into the hotel from where the drop off area was all the way to our floor. And only 1 elevator works at a time even though there are 6 elevator’s ended up taking the stairs most of the time.
