Check in was a nightmare. I had booked my reservation several weeks in advance. When I arrived at the hotel I was told there were no rooms, they were fullly booked. My flight arrived at 11 pm. This is an airport hotel which should expect late arrivals. I was not the only guest in this predicament. After an hour of persistence we finally got the night manger to come out of office. She had been sending lower level staff and a trainee to deal with us. She finally found rooms for us. We had no transportation as we had taken the airport shuttle provided by the hotel so could not go to another hotel. By the time we were able to get to our rooms it was 2 am.

everyone was extremely nice i stayed a whole week not oneday of my stay was bad every time i left and came back my room was clean and cozy with fresh towels.... parking was very high but overtake everything was perfect

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin. The room was clean , the bedding was very comfortable and pleasing. The room was cleaned everyday., coffee was replenished daily and it had the convenience of a restaurant and bar on the premises and nearby parking if you did not want to park at the hotel. That was the only negative, hotel parking was $53 a day including tax.

Started out by exiting to find out Westin shuttle waiting. Our shuttle driver was so nice and helpful. We were greeted immediately at the hotel and directed to the checkin desk. We were checked in immediately and heading to our room in no time. Our key didn’t work to open our hotel room door so we had to go back down to the front desk. They immediately sent security up to help us and we were settled into our room quickly. We had sliders and sodas at the bar and the sliders were delicious! All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful- even got my a bandage for my hurt finger! Thank you Westin Staff! I will definitely stay again!
