Discount at garage for hotel guests is $11 to park with NO in and out privledges. Regular rate $20 and when I left, the validation didn't work and I had to repark and go back inside and get it straightened out. Very annoying and time comsuming.
I was put in a room near the elevator where guest were talking very loudly until 1 am, then housekeeping staff talked loudly beginning at 6 am.
Coffee shop hours varied and not always open in the morning.
I will not stay here again.

We do make sure that all fees associated with your reservation are fully clear before arriving to the hotel. The parking facilities are owned by the city of Pasadena, and they make all decisions regarding pricing.
