Tiny pool. Worried about bed bugs. Charge $15 per day to park your car. Website is NOTHING like how the hotel really is

Hotel was Horrible

Pros: The fact that its close to the Park.
Cons: Customer Service would be one big thing to improve, and making sure that the rooms are clean for customers. Do not Duct tap the beds skirts.
Location: Universal studios park
Even though the hotel is close by Universal Studios Park, The overall cleanness of the hotel was horrible there were beetles and Cockroaches in the bathroom. The housekeepers where rude.

Disgusting!

Pros: The cooperation of the district office for refunding our money , due to the horrible experience we had.
The first night, we arrive at the hotel between 9-10pm. Our room was not clean, there were dirt, brown, and what look like pasta sauces stains on the sheets and pillow cases. I then politely asked the hotel staff to change the bedroom sheets on both beds. The housekeeping by the name of Rhonda, then decides to just throw the folded streets on the mattress and walks out. I called the front desk again, and reported the issue. They sent the house keeping (Rhonda) to change the mattress, and she complain the entire time, In which I did not appreciate. The 2nd night I found blood on the sheets and pillow cases of one of the beds, and brown stains on other bed. I called in the morning and spoke with the supervisor, Ciro. He sincerely apologize and stated he will credit our parking of $45.00, and have head of housekeeping check our rooms. The next night we came back in our room around 8:30 pm, check our beds and notice not only stains AGAIN, but a bug crawling on the bed. At this point we are fed up, and requesting our funds back to continue our stay at a different hotel. However we found out there was no supervisor available. We called the supervisor(Ciro), on his cell phone and inform him of the issued. He offer us another room, stated that he will send out an exterminator in the morning. Front Desk associate, Veronica, moved us to room #311, and assure us it was checked for cleanliness.We found brown and yellow stains on the bed & sheets. She then stated we were nic-picking!

Walking distance to universal

Great place to stay and great staff loved how close it is to everything....made my trip even better...also I left my camera in my room after checkout and manager called me right away..I was thankful luckily I was only at the Starbucks across the street

The location is great! The hotel is down the road from Universal Studios and is in a safe area. For the price and location, I will be certain to book here again. Parking is rather limited.

Ease onto freeway

Cons: Heat the pool Grab bars in the showers
Hotel lost the elevator for 2 whole days and had it fixed as soon as possible Staff are honest and hard working. Never failed to say hello when going by. This is my 2nd time here because my usual place was not available. Worth the price. Pool is NOT heated.
