Sounds like the young couple who checked in, stayed two hours, wrinkled the bed, sued the bathroom and then checked out, demanding a refund.The road is paved. It serves seven houses. A 4x4 is not necessary. It is private with virtually no traffic. The address is prominently displayed with a sign directing where to park. We are not required to comply with the ADA regulations. When a guest opts for a Late Self Check-In they text the staff a photo of their I.D. and a portion of their credit card. This is a security measure so we know what the guest looks like and that they are the same person who made the reservation. They are then sent a detailed Email with instructions regarding parking and how to access entry to the B&B and directions to their room. This is the best we can do. It is up to the guest to do their part when they opt for an unaccompanied check-in late at night.
