Very nice hotel stuff, however. ......

All the hotel stuff was very very nice , however ..unconfortable beds, not clean, old furnitures, smelling air conditioner. .. ...diasappointed with expedia for booking this. But again the hotel stuff was very very nice.

Not bad but not great

Very clean room and friendly staff. Were very dissapointed that there was no pool and no gym. Not much around to do in proximity of the hotel.

Hotel doesn't match the price

Pros: Complaint to the front desk resulted in a call from the manager, it was nice to know that my complaints about my stay did not go unheard.
Cons: Better front desk staff, better housekeeping
For the amount that we paid for a 2 night stay, we should have had a better expierience. Hotel staff wasn't very friendly, "free" coffee was horrible and our room wasn't cleaned very well. Also had a personal belonging removed from our room and I had to get lobby staff involved to find it.

Good value for the money.

Pros: Good room, comfortable kingsize bed. Continental breakfast. No elevators. Could open windows if you wanted to.
Location: Close to beaches. Close to shopping centers. Not too far from airport. Venice Beach 40-45 minutes away.
We enjoyed our stay at the Travelogue. We were close to the grandkids in Torrance! We were 20 minutes away from Redondo Beach. Very close to shopping centers and low price gas station. Excellent staff. We would stay again.

Plesant hotel near center of Torrance, CA

Pros: Low price and clean
Average hotel, good parking, located on a main street, near several good restaurants. two story building.

OK place to stay, but just OK

Pros: It was close to where we needed to be.
Cons: LOTS! Keeping the furnishings in the room in proper order would be a great start.
Location: It is a good location, but in need of some maintenance pretty badly.
The tv mount was bent so the tv was permanantly pointed down, the remote didn't work and the fridge wobbled really bad, their fix was a folded up piece of cardboard under it which didn't work either. It is an older place and it shows, they haven't done any renovations in many years there. Our room wasn't even cleaned one day of the two we stayed there. Probably not going to go back to this place.

The air conditioner is screamingly loud.

I did not get any sleep during the stay. If you are sensitive about noise, stay away from this one.

Water leaked from refrigerator -- ended up all over the floor. Reported the problem, but staff did not correct.
