I had no problems to speak of.

Pros: It was easy to find and I could walk to a restaurant and food store.
Cons: The cleaning of the swimming pool.
Location: I was not here to do things near here. So I do not know how to answer.
The swimming pool I had to clean or skim before using. This is a low cost hotel and you get what you pay for.

Wifi from hell

Pros: That they encouraged me to process my refund with Expedia, and sure enough Expedia helped process the refund. THANK GOD
Cons: Their Wifi, as well as class of clientele. The riff raff at this place were foreboding and intimidating.
If I'm paying over $100 a night at a place that says it includes Wifi in the room, and I ask at the front desk if the Wifi is good in the room, and they say "yes", I shouldn't have to start looking up other hotels in the area to move to in the morning and go to sleep early because the WIFI internet was absolutely infuriatingly impossible to connect to and whenever you did it was so unbelievably slow, you had to wait 5 minutes for each page to load on the internet.

We had never had issues with the wifi,Sometimes guest use the wrong wifi. All of our wifi has travelodge 1-9 then our password, Sometimes if its slow it is because everyone is using same network. We apologize for this we will make this better.

Not clean, trash cans still full with trash

Not clean room, used dirty bathroom during check in, not clean ice box or trash cans. Electrical outlets not working, hanging, very loose not fitted to the wall. Rooms lack of good maintenance!!!

I had the most beautiful view and best breakfast

This place was very accommodating and the breakfast was very good it was well worth every penny and it was not expensive I will stay there when I go see my family

This Hotel is the Pits!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything!
Location: The location is not bad. It is close to Simi Valley where we were going to a wedding.
I am not difficult to please and have never written a bad review but this hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in. When we arrived, the staff ignored us, was unfriendly and took their time. They never smiled or offered to help. I got the last cup for coffee in the morning at 9:00 am. The breakfast was lacking, to say the least. The room was stuffy and unappealing. The staff kept lying, saying that someone else used all the ice. However, it was clear that the machine was not working. We could not connect to the internet except in the lobby. They initially lied saying that everyone else has service in their rooms but us. Then they said that someone was coming to fix it but never did. The hot tub is filled with sand. The pool had cigarette butts and plastic trash floating in it. The smokers gather around the pool making it difficult to swim without second-hand smoke. I would never recommend this hotel. I've learned that a good deal does not equate to a good time.

Our apologies hope we see you next time, breakfast closes @ 9:30 am no way we closed @ 9 am. That's when we get more customers to come eat breakfast. When everyone uses the ice machine it rans out of ice so we would have to wait for 30 min or so to reload. The wifi connection restarts every day and the user name password stays the same. We have different net works that says travelodge 1-9 . We have not Hot Tub besides pool area gets clean everyday, smoking guest smoke outside not on area where area says none smoking.

Nice place for the $

Everything is good. Even the train noise which was only during rush hour. Clean, courtesy staff and lots of good food places in the area.

Rooms at the back of the hotel have the worse view

Pros: Confort
Overall you can enjoy a nice stay at this hotel, the only problem is that when you are assigned rooms in the back of the hotel, you get the worse view possible. Perhaps there is not much the hotel can do other than have those rooms at a different rate warning the customers of the unpleasant views.
