Nice location. Beds are too soft, bath sink was leaking. The shuttle to airport was scheduled to 3:30pm and arrived at 4:30pm. I almost lost my flight. Breakfast was good.

Karla at the breakfast lounge was very friendly , constantly, cleaning and refilling everything.T he area was spotless. The young lady we check in with (can't remember her name) very friendly & helpful and the young lady we checked out was was also very friendly, we enjoyed that very refreshing infused water at the lobby..nice touch. Next time we stay in that area we look forward to staying there again.

This was terrible. I've been to other best western hotels that are cleaner. They have a spa that looked so gross. The whole place looked gross. I stayed for a couple of hours before I just couldn't take it and had to leave.

We are currently under renovation and are removing quit a bit of material from our location, such as old lumber, pillars, windows, old fixtures etc. and will be replacing them with new, up to date ones. Make sure you call the hotel if you want them to pick you up. Ihad to wait for almost 2 hours for the shuttle even if I mentioned in my booked that I needed to be picked up at certain time and gave them the flight details. I had to call them twice There is also an inconsistency related to the check in time. Expedia website states check in as noon but in the hotel I was told the check in was 3 pm.

Hello Anonymous, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately calling us when you arrive is the best way to confirm that you are ready to be picked up. There are always factors that come in to play that may alter the actual time you arrive or get to claim you luggage. However I do apologize cause it should never take 2 hrs. to pick up a guest. I will check with Expedia and update them of our check in time, as it has always been at 3 pm. Thanks.

Close to airport

Very nice rooms clean.staff very friendly. Only hav one problem the exterior needs upgrading if u look at the outside u might think the inside was bad.

Nightmare from hell

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if you paid me to. First off, waited for over an hour for the shuttle to arrive after calling 3 times. Not a good way to start a holiday, especially when you see other hotel shuttles passing by 3-4 times in the time you waited for your one. Then, front desk lady with no personality and minimal English made me feel I was there to serve her. A welcoming smile would have gone a long way. Let me not get started on the cleaniliness. You could clearly see the sheets were not a fresh pair which included complimentary long black hair. I had to put 2 towels down to sleep on and use a clothing to cover myself. I woke early to have a coffee provided in the room. I always put through one cup of boiling water first to ensure it’s clean. Well I did and it came out yellow. I looked in the coffee maker where you put your cold water and it was gross and disgusting. Looks like someone put creamer in the wrong place and it’s never been cleaned or checked. I phoned reception at 4:30am to ask for them to replace the coffee maker but they said there is nobody in maintenance at that time. What the hell have I paid for. Stayed at the Best Western in Inglewood LA before coming here and there were bed bugs in the room and had to change rooms. In all, I would never recommend this chain of hotels. I am not normally a person who ever complains either, so this is new for me. See photos provided. Poor unsuspecting soul.

Hotel is ok and close to airport. Convenience of free shuttle is a plus.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant.
Cockroach ran across floor and under refrigerator and when looking for said cockroach, noticed the mold behind the refrigerator. Did not get any sleep because of the noise coming for neighboring rooms was too loud.

Good airport hotel

The hotel itself was fine, close to chain restaurants such as Panda Express and TGI Friday's. The staff was super--friendly and helpful. The breakfast was much better than the usual, with a wide variety of selections, hot and cold. The shuttle to the airport was great and timely. The only drawback was that it was noisy--the road outside was busy and loud. Otherwise, very good place to stay when flying it off LAX.
