Shuttle Bus

Pros: Location....only a few minutes from LAX
Cons: AC was a little loud, but that's the style that they use.
Location: Food, Food, Food............lots of choices walking distance + Ralphs Grocery Store is right next door.
Extended does not have a shuttle bus, but you can take the Marriott and walk across the street for free or UBER is about $10....lots of places walking distance to eat, including Ralphs Market right next door. Perfect place to stay if you missed your flight (like I did) and need a quiet, clean place to stay. Next time I miss my flight, I'll be back.

Good Customer Service

Pros: The customer service was excellent.
The hotel staff was great and very helpful, I was only there for one night but the staff was quick to help and answer any questions. I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel near LAX and Venice Beach

Overall good hotel the Breakfest was not a breakfast they just have some muffins granola bars hot chocolate coffee teas packs of instant oatmeal this place does not have an icemaker no cold cereal no milk no juices

Way overpriced for sparse accommodations.

Pros: Location and parking.
Cons: All of the above.
Location: Excellent for our needs.
Loud, irritating bathroom fan. Not even basic glasses/cups in the kitchen or bathroom. No coffee or tea supplies. No shower curtain liner. No window curtain privacy liner. No grab bars for safety. Skimpy bath mat. Not one easy chair. Small TV. Minimum channels.

Smelly, outdated , no internet, very unhelpful staff . Missleading when it comes to breakfast and charge for parking.

Bad service

There was no hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. No housekeeping. I called for someone to fix a leak in the toilet. The staff came to fix it and left a wet towel outside my room as I was gone for the day. They advertise Continental breakfast but it was just couple of cold cereals on a tray for the entire hotel.

Do not stay here!

Pros: The only thing nice about this hotel was the staff.
Cons: All the rooms need to be gutted and remodeled. The rooms smell like they are used as party rooms on the weekends and smell like disgusting smoke.
Location: The City of El Segundo is very nice and many nice restaurants nearby but there are much better hotels in the area!
The rooms at this hotel are disgusting. Even though they are supposed to be non smoking rooms, every thing in the room smelled like smoke. The carpets, drapes, bedding all smell like smoke. People are outside smoking all day and night. The hotel staff was nice but that was the only thing good about it. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless you are a smoker. And they don't tell you about the $33 A NIGHT parking fee until you check in.

Nice location but needs to offer shuttle service to airport! Toilet was backed up! No accomodations for me to stay an extra night!

Close to airport

Couldn't find room. Poor directions. No help Light switch by door didn't work. No remote. TV unplugged no wash clothes. Breakfast meager. No hot water
