Nice location easy to get to airport and other places in LA. Room was bright. Parking easy.

Hotel needs work.

Cons: Need to do some fixing up.
Location: Near LAX
Hotel needs some work. A lot of rust around doors in bathroom, no bath wash in shower, no plug in drain and bottom sheet wasn't large enough to stay tucked in.

It's close to the airport but...

I have never waited so long at a reception desk as I have at this reception desk and I have been to india! There was seriously about 20 people in line. When ever I walked past there was a line. This hotel has rostering issues or just doesn't mind making its patrons wait. The rooms were standard. No fridge in them. We only stayed to be close to airport so it served its purpose but the half hour wait to check in was a really bad first impression and I wouldn't stay again after this experience.

Ok Not So Special

Pros: The TV in the room has a huge screen.
Cons: to order a movie, I had to call the front desk, and was on hold for a good while, so they can activate the service in my room. Why was it not active?
The Four Points was ok, nothing special that I would recommend to friends. Some of the weight lifting equipment in the exercise room seemed to be in disrepair or missing parts, thus not workable. My bathroom was missing soap and floor towel. I ordered the garden burger in the bar area of the lobby. It arrived more on the cooler side rather than hot off the grill. The fries were definately cold and older, and I asked for fresh ones, which were provided. Also beer should be very cold.

Needs an update

The hotel is very outdated Bathroom fixtures are corroded, carpet dirty and stinky

Convenient to LAX

Very happy for timely shuttle pick up and drop off, and grateful I could not hear airport noise. Limited food choices but really enjoyed the mushroom, feta, coleslaw tortillas they had. One light switch didn’t seem to work , but everything else fine.

Nice hotel near LAX airport

Pros: The kingsize bed with fluffy comforter. The nice pool. The fitness room.
Cons: Only the Air Conditioning was a bit much in the lounge/computer station area for my liking.
Location: LAX airport. Car Rental possibilities.
The hotel was in a great location for car rental and airport (LAX). The staff was friendly and helpful. I was grateful that they found a nice, quiet room since I was not feeling well. They took my wishes into account and I overlooked the pool. The pool was nicely done...warm, inviting water, large towels, and situated so there always seemed to be some sun and some shade. The fitness center was good. Overall, it was a restful and pleasant stay...and started my transatlantic journey in the best way.

Good place to crash between flights.

Cons: I thought it was a bit pricey but probably standard for LA. A grab and go simple breakfast would have been nice to be included...
We had an 11 hour layover between long flights. This was the perfect place to crash with an efficient shuttle to and from the airport. Super comfortable bed and pillows.

The hotel itself was wonderful just recently upgraded rooms you can smell the new carpet smell staff was wonderful the restaurants kind of pricey but that's a lying but it was very close to the airport and convenient to shopping if you wanted to go to a mall and very easy for transportation as using like rideshares or taxis I recommend rideshares except for I Won't Say for now I'll save it for later
