Nice. Marvin greeted us at the door, was very helpful & pleasant. Izaan at check in was cordial, but not very welcoming.

Close to airport & beach

Came for one night only. The shuttle picks you up from the airport and the car rentals are close to the hotel if you want to rent and drive around. There is an outdoor swimming pool which I didn't use but was quite inviting. The room was small but enough for myself. Very clean and neat. I didn't hear "neighbors" and the hot tub was super relaxing. I wish I knew I could pick the breakfast menu and not buffet as it was overpriced! Bar/grill is always a nice addition and the service was good!

Location: Near Airport
Stayed 4 nights, the staff and house keeping were great, food was good. The hotel has a new reception area that is very friendly and approachable. I have nothing bad to say.

Greta hotel and staff, highly recommend to anyone else! Just location is not great but okay!!

Old run down hotel

TV couldn't watch, maintenance couldn't fix after working on it half hour. The while I was sleeping every half hour it came in loud and went off. Hall and elevator was smelly.

Hotel Airport

Pros: Not a lot. There were some friendly staff members
Cons: Checkin process and accuracy and clarity of information given.
The staff were friendly - but I was disappointed to be charged a late checkout after I had left the hotel. I had been advised by the front desk that as a member that I could check out at 4pm with no additional charge. They advised that any later than 4pm and there would be a charge - which I understood. On checking out, before 4pm, I again checked with front desk that there were no additional charges, which they confirmed. Days later a charge appears on my credit card. Numerous emails, 2 phone call from Australia, and even a visit back to the hotel - where they promised to follow up - and no response. I would be very reluctant to stay at 4 Points Sheraton again.

Dirty carpet, poor furniture and decor, no refrigerator, missing hanging door notes, dirty bathroom, smells like cigarettes in the hallways and poor lighting in the parking lot, feels unsafe and isolated parking lot. The front desk staff was extremely nice and courteous, please keep up with the great customer service.

Good location, decent quality, outdadted

Hotel was okay. Libya is nice and modern with a good ambiance, but hallways and rooms were a little outdated, worn, and there was a funny smell on my floor and in the room. Bathroom was tiny, no fan. Room numbers were out of order and hallways and elevator system was a maze so a almost got lost a few times.

Close to lax

Location is great and amenities were excellent. The pool was large for laps and coffee and tea were complimentary.
