Watch out

When checking in the hotel staff never mentioned the only choice up front for valet will cost $45 a day. I would have parked in the further lot. NICE SCAM

Terrible stay due to misbehaving guests

The hotel was my go-to LAX airport but no longer. During this stay, a combination of bad sound insulation due to non-sound-proof doors to connecting rooms and a bad hotel choice of booking a large group of loud partying guests made for two sleepless nights. The hotel needs to sound-proof its connecting rooms and remember that it cannot mix business guests and partying groups without careful planning and consequences.

Convenient

Free shuttle from airport and conveniently close which makes is perfect for a one night stay if you fly out the next day. My boys enjoyed the pool and we had dinner at the hotel as there isn't anything around to go to (expensive but bar food was very nice, especially the burger!)

Nice Hotel near LAX

Pros: There is a starbucks located in the lobby.
Cons: Parking is a bit of hassel.
Location: Very centrally located. Beach is only a few minutes away.
Called the hotel to ask about early check in and hotel accommodated me with ease.

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything needs to improve , starting with your staff customer service and reservation.
Location: 6101 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90045
We had a reservation for Friday July 28th to July 30th, when we arrived after midnight because our flight was delayed our room was given away to someone else, they didn't even try to helps us , but they did help the people in front and behind us. Our reservation was paid for, my money didn't get refunded. I looked for hotels near by and couldn't find anything until passed 4 AM Very disjointed with Sheraton. and staff i give you guys a 0 6101 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90045
