"Staff trying to get into room after a hour of arrival. Then tapping on the door in the morning to see if we had gone, but waking us up instead. Also talking in the corridor on her phone kept us awake . Also attitude was not good when spoke to. The other MAIN problem was asking for tips in the bar."

Miss Anna helped me out with everything anything I needed next thing just the Hotel itself treated me like a VIP they upgraded my room to a corner suite which the view was absolutely amazing.
