Good for what you pay forPosted Oct 16, 2015 on Hotels
I book this room for my parents. The room was exactly what you pay for. My only issue was that they forgot to clean their room the second night.

DisappointedPosted Oct 15, 2015 on Hotels
Because I had a very nice stay at this Courtyard the year before, my husband and I chose to stay a night this year. The positives: the room was basically clean; the bathroom was roomy; the shower water had good pressure with abundant very hot water available and maintained a set temperature well; bed pillows' firmness were varied which allowed individual choice for comfort; front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. The negatives: the whirlpool/spa was the same temperature as the swimming pool, lukewarm (no option to raise whirlpool temperature) with a surface film that produced thick layer of slimy, clingy foam; the room's television volume would spontaneously jump to very loud (3 separate times in < 1 hour); the outside freeway sounds were amazingly loud. It was so disappointing compared to the last visit. We'd looked forward to a hot soak in the spa. We were startled and grabbed the TV remote control to lower the volume each time it unexpectedly blared. Our sleep was repeatedly interrupted by outside noise, leaving us ragged. By morning, we felt we had paid for a nice Marriott Courtyard room but had an Econolodge-quality experience.
