Nice room, friendly staff; UNDERSTAFFED!

The room was really nice and comfortable with an ocean view. The hotel grounds were pretty nice. The staff was really friendly for the most part, but they were very understaffed during our visit. Check in and check out each took 30 minutes or more. Getting our car from the valet service sometimes took awhile because there were only a few guys working valet.
Our phone in the room wasn't working so we had to walk down to the lobby to order room service. Once we placed the order, the kitchen sent someone up to our room to let us know that they were out of pizza... made for an unpleasant and frustrating dinner experience.
Priceline advertised a special "Free Breakfast for 2" offer, but the hotel didn't give it to us. They tried to say that Priceline was just advertising their early bird breakfast special, which was free breakfast if you ate between 6am and 7am... It was either very misleading advertising on Priceline's part or the hotel screwed up or didn't want to give us free breakfast ($11 per person for an average breakfast buffet).
