We have stayed at this property 4x's, previously we always enjoyed for a quick getaway. However, we can no longer recommend it, it has gone downhill. The staff has changed. The room was sub-par to say the least. The door to our room did not close properly (the lock was busted off), it was not clean (stickers from someone's clothes were on the floor, hair clumps in the bathroom, a light was falling out of the ceiling and the bath towels and floor mats were shredded). In addition, the first morning we left the room around 9am and returned around 4:30pm, the room was never cleaned. We had to call down. The second day the room was cleaned (clean is pushing it btw) HOWEVER THEY TOOK ALL THE TOWELS AND DID NOT LEAVE FRESH ONES. Again we had to call. Coffee cups were outside our room for 48hrs and never picked up. The food was terrible, our expectations were low from previous stays, we always eat dinner off property but we do not expect the food to be cold when served. The pool had no towels, the MUSIC was beyond loud & the servers at the pool would take our order and then either forget or take 20 min to bring drinks, even when we were giving $10-$20 tips each hour. They offered paddle boarding for $10/hr then when we got to the beach the kid who worked at the hotel said it was actually $40 CASH. We confirmed with our concierge and it was $10, he was scamming guests...Save your $$. We go to cabo 3-4x's a year and stay at a variety of hotels & we won't return to this property.
