This was our fourth time at this resort and always have had an amazing experience. My ONLY complaint was that this property happened to be fully booked and people were coming down at 4:30 in the morning to save chairs and not showing up until noon to use them. In order to get a chair at the pool all week we had to be down there by 6am at the latest. Some people saved chairs that were never used and people were searching for places to sit. We were in our chairs by 7am every day and I think they need to police this more and if people don't come down they remove their stuff and give it to someone else.

Cabos Azul is a gorgeous property! My daughters and I had a wonderful spring break vacation here. I do wish some food had been included in the hefty price tag per night and resort fee; the dining in could’ve been a little less expensive for what we were ordered but it was a part of the experience I suppose. Sadly there was also no shuttle to pick us up from the airport and as first time travelers to Mexico, that was a bit intimidating. All in all though… gorgeous property and great staff experience. Christian was extremely helpful getting us set up and into our beautiful suite.

We love staying at Hilton Vacation Club Cabo Azul. The location is much better than being in Cabo San Lucas, more family oriented. Nice pools, great service all day long from the servers and beach team. The food was really good. Our room was amazing, very comfortable, it has a “door” that separates de adults bed from the sofa area where the kids sleeps, which gives you privacy. The design is beautiful. The location of our room wasn’t as expected and they upgraded us to a very beautiful one. I would definitely recommended.

CABO AZUL was amazing. Beautiful property staff was so attentive, prompt and kind. Could go on for days about how great everything was. Only have 2 negative things to say. On our last night the sushi bar we wanted to eat at we stopped by at 4:30 asked how late they were open we were told 11pm left to go change came back at 5:15 and they told us were closed.. very upsetting. Secondly I was told by the desk they would place a 200$ hold on my credit card. No problem. Then every single night they would randomly charge the card for several hundred dollars. With no authorization from me, no reason, rhyme or explanation. Other than that. Was amazing. Our bartender at the pool bar Edgar was the literal best. Made the whole experience above and beyond. Wanted to just bundle him up and take him home with me. Cabo azul was a great place great experience.

We had a lovely stay here at the Cabo Azul. The Pool Service was amazing the Pool Attendants were very attentive. Our room was on the 1st floor facing the pool which we loved the easy access to the pool from our room. The restaurants on site were delicious and service was impeccable. The grounds are so well maintained and just beautiful. The only complaint I have is the housekeepers were not very good. They would load items in the dishwasher and turn it on without rinsing the items first which lead to dirty dishes coming out of the dishwasher with baked on food.

Liked the variety of pools, activities with kids.The service was great, the rooms were clean and views of ocean even allowed us to see whales. Food was good and even ordered off main menu a bit for picky eaters. This location is 5 degrees warmer, about 35-45 min drive from main Cabo marina, has bigger waves (no life guard and hotel strongly requested people to not go in) so needed supervision on beach. You can walk to San Jose where they had more stores and food, we felt safe. We bought groceries for a few quick breakfasts and snacks, there was an equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous day at Cabo Azul. Our room was large and nicely decorated. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and large patio. The hotel was beautiful, so large. The gym is very nice I loved all of the equipment. Although, it was hard to find I did get lost more than once lol! The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, so large. I did get lost more than once lol but I had a great time laying out by the pool I loved the little pods they have for taking a nap without getting too much sun. The music was good. The service was great margaritas and Micheladas were on point ! Only one thing I can complain about was the bathtub was unable to hold water because the drain plug did not close completely. I did mention to an employee and hoped that they could fix it but they did not. I did look forward to taking a bath, but couldn’t. I look forward to staying at Cabo Azul again, and I definitely recommend!
