Smallest resort on the Madano beach.

Location and view were awesome. Construction was a bit load and disturbing.

Pros: The room was clean and had a nice view as promised
Cons: The check-in process took a long time, it seemed like they were short on staff. The AC in the room didn't always work well. The included breakfast was a tiny fruit plate and coffee.

horrible staff

Cons: The staff was not understanding or helpful ah all
We loved this hotels convenience in the location. However our trip took a turn for the worse when were stuck in the elevator for almost 20 minutes with no air coming in. My husband and a fellow guest had to pry the doors open. When we complained to the staff the manager on duty was rude and unhelpful and insinuated that it was our fault. The next day the manager offered $200 per room for our group. When we went to pick up the cash they only gave us $200 total. The worst customer service experience. The elevators need to be looked at as well. This is a serious safety issue.

On the beach, but the hotel was just okay.

The majority of toilets did not flush in the hotel. We still had used soap in our shower. The food at the Baja brewing company located in the hotel was crap, but the beer was great. The area outside the hotel was nice for quick access to good food and easy to get around. Depending on where your room is you can see the ocean, but beware the ocean view. We could see a tiny sliver from one out our windows, however, there was a sunshade that wouldn't move so we could not get any pictures out of it. Not good for anyone in a wheelchair or that has a hard time getting around. The staff was nice and was very attentive, but if you don't speak Spanish not all can help.

Cabo Villas Experience

We have stayed at Cabo Villas a number of times and are always very satisfied with the amenities, the location and the views. Walking distance to everything in Cabo.

Nice hotel close to the beach and downtown

Overall the hotel was nice and close to everything. The hotel does not bother you to buy a time share with them. There were a couple of issues with the room. 1st the air conditioner was not working properly. They had to come out and fix it 5 different times. 2nd, the room description was a king studio. The bed was clearly a queen and when we went to the office to complain they stated that it was a king.

Disappointing Room in Paradise

Pros: The staff was very helpful and kind. We love the hospitality of the Mexican people.
Location: There are many excellent restaurants nearby such as the Sunset Da Mona Lisa. The marina is also walking distance from the hotel with many attractions
Don't believe the advertisements that this hotel has beautiful views from all rooms. This is a time share property. We were not time share owners. Since we were not time share owners we were constantly harassed to become time share owners of a new property they were building. Since we declined all of these offers we were treated differently then the time share owners that were staying here. We were given a basement room with only a 10 foot wall to look at out of our room. If you are looking for a resort full of over weight 40 and 50 year olds who haven't grown out of the "up all night partying" phase of life then this is the place for you. We were interested in a more serene romantic get away and this was anything but that. The spa rates were over priced as was the mediocre food at the onsite restaurants. Cab San Lucas is a beautiful place and we plan to go back but we would never consider staying here again.

This hotel is a joke

Pros: Proximity to good restaurants.
Cons: Beds and Showers are TERRIBLE.
I was lured in by its proximity to Edith's and The Office, since I like both restaurants. However, the hotel is terrible. To begin with, the beds are like sleeping on the floor - hard, and unforgiving. Even worse, the showers are terrible. The water dribbles out like a broken sprinkler head, and whatever water does come out, it is luke warm at best. If you call the front desk for help, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do, and they blame it on the old pipes in the building. I like my sleep, and I like my showers. I will never stay there again, and stick to the Solmar on the other side of town.

Last minute reservation had to be made and everyone at the hotel was very accommodating. Adam and I would like to especially thank Jacob, Moses and Katia. They are the best.

Comfortable basecamp for fun in the surroundings

The hotel was a great basecamp for hanging out on the beach and hitting local restaurants, bars, and clubs. Clean and comfortable with a professional, attentive staff. The only two issues that I didn't care for were the time-share sales pitch upon arrival and the WiFi connectivity issues (and charge). The crowd was mixed between young and old, for what it's worth, I definitely wouldn't consider this a party hotel.
