Next to estuary .....

Pros: Staff were super nice.
Cons: No.
Location: ATVS, Zip lines, Boat trips.
Very nice. Very hot. Friendly staff, good food + good service. Large grounds of of activities to do.

Cons: Got tired of the same food every day!!! It got really old, really fast.....would like a variety.
Everyone was nice - pool was great - food was very repetitive which is why I gave you a low rating.

Overall good only downfall was staff in restaurants... horrible no manners and perform bad

Pretty tropical setting

Pros: Location. The staff were friendly. We were given a room upgrade. We loved the "adult only" pool. It was quiet with pretty landscaping.
Cons: Sound proofing of the rooms. We were woken up on two different nights by people yelling in the hallway/breezeway. We did notify the front desk staff.
Location: Great location. Easy access to taxis. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable week here.

It's a gem!

Pros: Staff, location and location
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: great, quiet location.
We love this place, definitely not glamorous like some other hotels in Cabo, however great food, excellent long-term staff and perfect location for a relaxing vacation.

great for families

Older hotel in a perfect location by the estuary. Easy walk to downtown and even along the beach to the marina. The staff is amazing! They actually seem happy to work here and treat guests so well. This is a great low key place for families. The activities staff Lili, Alan, and DJ are so great! The bike ride with Alan was amazing! The hotel doesn't have the newer frills in grounds but honestly we didn't miss it and had a blast.

Nice hotel and close to the beach

A few of the staff members were rude and there were some that went out of their way to assist. Christian was the best and very helpful! This hotel is mediocre and I would not recommend it.

Fun and relaxing vacation!

Pros: We loved everything!
Cons: Can't take food out of the restaurant any more, have some sort of snacks allowed at the pool bars/palapas. Have games for the cantina:checkers,Yahtzee
Location: We loved the Margaritas and snacks at Pepe's in town. Don't forget to bring sunblock!
This was our third stay at the Holiday Inn Resort and every time we have been very happy with choice. The staff are friendly and helpful, Estella, at the Dolphin Bar is a great bartender and can make anything! Our room was clean and comfortable, good AC, comfy bed and pillows and housekeeping did a great job daily! We always found something we enjoyed at the buffet and restaurant ( the fish tacos at the beach restaurant are still the best!) The Fire Show on Mexican theme night was fantastic! I also won a prize playing bingo! We love this place and we will come back again! Raul, the manager is extremely helpful!
