A few of the staff members were rude and there were some that went out of their way to assist. Christian was the best and very helpful! This hotel is mediocre and I would not recommend it.

Fun and relaxing vacation!

Pros: We loved everything!
Cons: Can't take food out of the restaurant any more, have some sort of snacks allowed at the pool bars/palapas. Have games for the cantina:checkers,Yahtzee
Location: We loved the Margaritas and snacks at Pepe's in town. Don't forget to bring sunblock!
This was our third stay at the Holiday Inn Resort and every time we have been very happy with choice. The staff are friendly and helpful, Estella, at the Dolphin Bar is a great bartender and can make anything! Our room was clean and comfortable, good AC, comfy bed and pillows and housekeeping did a great job daily! We always found something we enjoyed at the buffet and restaurant ( the fish tacos at the beach restaurant are still the best!) The Fire Show on Mexican theme night was fantastic! I also won a prize playing bingo! We love this place and we will come back again! Raul, the manager is extremely helpful!

Nice hotel close to the airport

My husband and I loved this hotel. During our stay all of the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was nice and friendly . The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and we had a terrace with a view of the adult pool and ocean which was really nice. The food was really good for an all inclusive compared to other hotels that we've stayed at. We would definetly come back and stay here and recommend this place to our friends and family.

Right on the beach. Close to town and shopping. Lots of food options. Beautiful grounds. Great for families

Great place to stay.

At first I had a few doubts about the holiday inn resort in San Jose del Cabo. How can it be so cheap and be all inclusive. I guess I just picked the right days to go. Great hotel. May need a little bit of room remodeling but everything else was great. Don't get me wrong, the room was awesome just a little outdated. Great food, great drinks, great staff, great view!!!! Everything is there that you will need! It was a great great vacation stay!

lovely grounds with wonderful pools and beach.

Pros: Reasonably priced with great food and lovely grounds and pools. At the quiet end of the street. Lots of families and not a lot of rowdies.
Location: at quiet end of hotel row. right next to stables for beach rides. walking distance to old downtown San Jose
Enjoyed the beach and pools. Saw a great fire dance show Sat night. Quiet at night.

Cabo stay

This hotel is fine if your looking for absolutely no amentities and a basic hotel experience. We had to move hotels on the third day because the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep. The food was just ok nothing great.

My only complaint is that you can't (or shouldn't) swim in the ocean due to the red flags. Otherwise, this is a great place to go. This trip was my third time at this resort and it gets better each time!

Nice hotel close to the beach.

They could do better on hotel activities and food on the two restaurants more variety need. We stayed for 4 days and eating about the same thing everyday.
