The hotel was good location for an overnight stay in Cabo San Lucas. The hotel was clean with ample space for 3 adults. Courtyard with pool was a good place to relax.

Local Hotel in Cabo's San Lucas

Posted Apr 27, 2017
This is a nice local spot. It's about eight blocks away from the main strip on Cabo's San Lucas. So you will deff have a work out from beach to hotel. Good food on premises and facilities are not bad at all.

Real Mexico Experience

Posted Apr 2, 2017
Pros: The staff. From the front desk to the cleaning staff and the cook.
Cons: Directions to find the hotel. Comfortable chairs in the room.
Location: Just a few minutes from the city centre where the bars, shopping, restaurants and malls are located. Bus stop on the corner. Two local restaurants.
This is a small four storey hotel in Cabo San Lucas. It was part of a package deal. No elevator. So a bit hard for seniors to do the stairs constantly without assistance for luggage, etc. The staff were extremely helpful considering that most spoke no English. Pesos only here. Very economical for meals from the small pool side cafe. Limited menu. Mexican food only. Small shop for staples. Laundry done for you at a very low cost. Rooms lack comfortable chairs. So borrowed a chair from a pool patio set for the duration of our stay. No one complained about it. Small fridge and counter top two burner electric stove. Very limited dishes and cutlery available. A quick trip to Walmart got us a sharp knife, two wine glasses, two cereal bowls and food for snacks and light meals. There were two local restaurants we frequented. Good mexican food. Limited English spoken. A five minute bus ride to the city centre. Although we did rent a car for going out to San Jose and Todos Santos. Weather was sunny and warm. Mexican people were helpful, kind and courteous. Being spring break there were many young people in and out of the hotel which made for some noisy nights. However, they were fun to watch in the mornings!

A really decent budget place to stay in town.

Although it's a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach - on the way there you'll stumble across great shopping, ice cream, booze shops and hole in the wall restaurants that will blow your mind! The place itself disappoints a bit on the first impression, and there's always one thing or another that's missing out of the rooms, but the Hotel staff are very accommodating and will work with you to find a solution - all you need to do is ask. The point of staying in a place like this is to have a place to crash, regroup and refuel after running around on new adventures each day. This place also has a way of attracting like-minded adventurous souls who appreciate this Hotel's simplicity. So, with that said, ignore the hole in the shower door and the freezing cold pool and just enjoy being in the Heart of Cabo, close to buses and shopping, and all the fun things to explore.

Just Ok

More of a locals hotel. Room was clean but in horrible disrepair. Curtains hanging off track, blinds missing, lots of broken or missing tiles, shower with black mold, paint splattered on the bathroom mirror, 4 mismatched plastic hangers in the wardrobe. Bed was pretty comfortable, but no blanket other than the bedspread.

A budget hotel for long term stay, do your own

Posted Feb 26, 2017
It is a clean hotel and close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants etc. It is usually quiet but it can be very noisy when they get large groups. A mini market on-site is quite handy and reasonable. Laundry service is great and very inexpensive. Kitchen is functional for a small meal but needs more kitchen ware like cutting board etc. They should also provide dish soap etc. Overall a good place for a Short or long term accommodation.

Easy walk to waterfront and restaurants.

Pros: Price and location.
Cons: Heated pool and upgraded TV service
Location: Many restaurants and shops near by. Bus service close and very cheap even to the airport. Close enough walk to beaches also.
Nice time. Good breakfasts at hotel. Pool needs to be heated and TV service needs updating.
