Restrictions like cant bring in my own water/snacks to the hotel. Staff was a bit unbothered didnt explain breakfest times luckilcy i knew that info based off website. Checking in was quick and checking out too also very attentive kitchen staff pool is nice.

Floor was dirty. How about putting some GRASS on the patio?? Coffee was mediocre at best. No jets in hot tub? U need to change that. Pool was nice, but way to warm. I do not like swimming in a bathtub. And the food I had(guac and chips,) made me sick when I came home.. It was gross.

A small hotel but it has everything you need within it. Its clean, friendly staff, a nice pool that doesn't get overcrowded, and an on-site restaurant with good food. It's also a 5-minute drive to Walmart and Costco, and 10 minutes to the Marina so you can realax in the hotel away from lots of people and vendors and go enjoy the sites of the city on your terms. The only negative would be is that you cant really walk anywhere around it, but i would still recommend the hotel given the relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness and that its so easy to acess the highway and a quick drive to wherever you need to be.

I liked the caring staff. They work very hard to please their guests. For the price point, it is a relaxing and tranquil resort especially when sitting by the pool. Nice size pool. It would have been great if the jets worked on the whirlpool to rest the sore muscles after a long day of walking. Not a big deal though. Great complementary breakfast each morning. Perfect hotel when on a budget.

Nice quite small hotel in good location. But overpriced as everything in Cabo. Rooms needs some updates. No HD channels. Water in the pool was clean and heated. Bathrooms needs updating. Friendly stuff.

The property was super clean ! Awesome pool area with the best pool loungers we have ever used at a resort ! Beds were very comfortable and shower had great pressure ! We wished we were able to cross the street without having to risk injury - so the location was not ideal for that reason however a $5 Uber ride did get us to most places with ease !

Checkin was uneventful, internet and room tv didn’t work and the person working didn’t seem to care. The rooms are basic and ok for 1 nights stay. The morning. Breakfast was good.

Los Patios is quiet, small hotel that is very reasonably priced. We use it for overflow guests and if we arrive before our timeshare is ready. Free breakfast is good too.

The place was extremely cute, people were very nice. We had to leave after 2 nights. The beds were the most uncomfortable things we ever slept on. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, my husband was in horrible back pain and even my daughter was uncomfortable. The property itself, cute. We thought of it as an adventure that no one spoke English. But sleep was needed. We just left reservation as is and basically paid for 2 hotels.
