Always wanted to stay here when visiting Cabo and they did not disappoint. From the food to the booze and the staff being overly available at any moment (Thanks Anna), I highly recommend this experience. If you want somewhere quiet, I would advise going to another resort only because music by the pool is almost an all day thing when combined with the festive Taboo crowd.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! It is close to everything you want to see in Cabo. Just minutes from downtown Cabo and super close to the Marina. Walmart is within walking distance. It is on the best beach in Cabo. The staff is super helpful and the rooms are well maintained. I will definitely book again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It literally catches your eyes as soon as you walk in the hotel lobby as the view in front of you takes your breath away. All the staff and personnel were very friendly and attentive especially Giovanni, his level of set for us during our stay was great. My wife and I spent 4 nights here, based on some of the negative reviews I was a little worried about it being too loud. From our experience this was not the case at all, all around it was a beautiful resort with exceptional customer service. Music was playing around the pool all day but wasn't overly loud and was shut down reasonably early. My only few comments would be costs but that is just the area, everything is pricey. And the amount of vendors harassing you to purchase things but again, comes with the territory. Would definitely recommend.

The property was lovely but expensive. The hotel charged an exorbitant amount for resort fees & taxes ($465 extra for just two nights). The food was quite expensive at the resort as well as were spa treatments. Additionally, you have to walk 15 minutes to the little town or take a taxi. There are a lot of couples with kids and a lot of young people drinking and partying which equates to noise. However, I'd stay again as the grounds and accommodations are lovely (except beds are hard).. the biggest issue was our friend who was traveling with us had his credit card copied at the hotel (front desk or restaurant on the first day) which was utilized to buy $2,500 in Ticketmaster tickets and other places. That was a major disappointment since his card had to be canceled, and he didn't have another one with him to utilize for the remainder of the trip.

So I booked this hotel many times previously and this will be the last time I will EVER stay here. Right from the airport pick up they send a car that has no water to give us which is advertised as an amenity when you book the grossly overpriced private car. NO WATER AND NO AC, then I come to check into my room and they have this disgusting perfume machine spraying this disgusting scent that instantly gave me hives and a rash on my whole body, this is the first day of the trip, so I ask for a new room or a refund to book a hotel that I would be able to enjoy properly they told me they don’t have have rooms for me and it’s no refund, ok I found that hard to believe since the hotel was literally completely empty the whole time I was there. Fast forward to night time, maybe I thought I would be able to sleep, but no I was wrong the music on the roof kept me up till 3am every night and it’s not just soft music it’s loud banging and items breaking and doors slamming, omg I need a vacation from this vacation. Literally the worst experience I have ever had in my life , not to mention we booked the most expensive room on the property. If you don’t want to sleep and want to break out in hives and get horrible customer service stay here. Also they refused to give me my advertised spa credit for $85 and my other advertised credits that I got with booking the room at this hotel. Horrible, only thing that’s good here is the food which you can go and eat at those restaurants without a room

Hotel is great except food prices at the resort are absolutely insane. This leads to having no easy food accessible and every single time you are hungry you have to walk into town to get reasonably priced food.

Amazing place!!!
Their isn't anything bad I can say. Even with the decking being destroyed by the hurricane they still had access to get down to the beach. The staff throughout the entire resort was extraordinary! We were there for a Music Festival so it was more packed than usual but still a fantastic time. Great location!
