Still one of top hotels

This was our third stay at Palmilla and, though it is still one of the top hotels in Los Cabos, we are starting to witness its decline. Some of the furnishings in the room are showing wear and were soiled. The restaurants need to show a little creativity and to vary the menus. We regularly stay at Four Seasons, St. Regis, Nizuc, etc. Hate to see the One and Only lose its standing. The owners in Dubai need to put some money into the facility and operations.
