Wonderful place,awesome view. Staff is courteous.

This place is wonderful! We had ocean view room. Slept with doors open and went to sleep with the sound of the waves and woke up to the same. Staff is great. Food is good. We usually never go to the same destination twice because there are so many places to travel but we probably will return here! Thanks for a great vacation!!! PS! I need Lorenzo at my home lol!

Rude and unwelcoming Management.

Tried to put us in a horrible room 4 times finally gave us a decent one. Forced me to pay for transfers when I already pre paid with Expedia. Never coming back there. You should consider hiring a new Manager he doesn't care about the guests.

Pure heaven

This place is heaven on earth! We stayed for 5 days, brought our two kids (5 yo and 11 month old) and LOVED it! The staff are the nicest, most accommodating on earth. The kids club is out of this world and phenomenal! The resort has 24/7 nanny services which we utilized for the baby. Best family trip ever, we plan on coming back often! Just a 1.5h trip from our home in Phoenix! Thank you OOP and Cabo! What a wonderful first international trip for my kids! Xoxo, The Iannotti's

Relaxing and pampered

This was our first trip to Cabo and will not be our last at the palmilla. This is luxury! The attentiveness of the staff makes you feel like a VIP. The grounds are breathtaking. The ocean view suite was spacious with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. We dined at every restaurant and was never disappointed. I can't wait to go back.

Still one of top hotels

Pros: The setting and the grounds are still beautiful.
Cons: See above.
Location: There is plenty to see and do, but no reason to leave the grounds, except to dine.
This was our third stay at Palmilla and, though it is still one of the top hotels in Los Cabos, we are starting to witness its decline. Some of the furnishings in the room are showing wear and were soiled. The restaurants need to show a little creativity and to vary the menus. We regularly stay at Four Seasons, St. Regis, Nizuc, etc. Hate to see the One and Only lose its standing. The owners in Dubai need to put some money into the facility and operations.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Loacation was great, away from the downtown craziness of Cabo. Not a lot around to do but I was looking to relax and chill out.
This hotel was exceptional the service was top notch, the grounds gorgeous, food great. I highly recommend it if u want a peaceful beautiful setting and a great beach. Hated to leave!!!

Wonderful hotel, exceptional service! Never stayed at a place where they have a Butler offer to clean your glasses while at the pool! Perfect time of year to letting the area. We had a fantastic time!
