Nice resort with great location

Pros: The staff and their service. We really enjoyed the peace & quiet.
Cons: Plastic chairs by the poolside. They're outdated and many were broken. The pools need to be heated from November to May.
Location: Local shopping is excellent. Walking distance for necessities, as well as, big grocery shopping. Pharmacy, beach & super restaurants just blocks away
This small resort is close to shopping, the beach, and some wonderful restaurants. The El Patio, restaurant on the resort site, was perfect for breakfast & lunches, with great service. Mary & Noah were very good, & we loved Norma's happy greeting each morning. Liked the swim up bar, but the water was so cold, we ended up just sitting inside.

Location: Beach days, shopping, Art Walk in town, good restaurants.
This is a delightful small boutique hotel. It is off the beach, but a beach day is available at many nearby resorts. It is located within walking distance to stores, resorts and town. The staff is very efficient, but not all speak English enough not to have some interesting exchanges. The rooms are good sized, but a little aged. It feels like a more Mexican hotel experience. Small pools are very pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. For the location and the price you can't beat it. The staff was really nice and complementing.

One night stay

Room was old and run down. Pool area was nice. Quite golf course setting. Reasonable walk to shopping, restaurants and beach resorts in hotel zone. Not bad for one night.

Location: Great central location. Could not do better for the price
Very much enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Neighboring room guests were very noisy but no fault of the hotel. .Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms are very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The Saga of Agua caliente!

In a sentence, not much hot water...enough to wash hair before it turned luke warm! Not good! Food was moderately good, but very slow getting to the table. WiFi only in the reception area and the bar and restaurant. Kitchen is rather a joke...6 glasses...that's it folks! Coffee and cups, plates and bowls are adequate! Best head to Mega to buy something to put in them! Now, the best of all...no view...surrounded by golf course on all sides. Mega, as the crow flies, is close....but to walk to it is much, much, much longer! No, I will not stay there again!

Good hotel in the action packed harbour of Cabo.

Cons: Customer service
Big hotel with endless corridores. Still nice with good rooms and great views IF you book Harbour views. The pool area is great and adjacent to the charming breakfast terrace. Staff is less forthcoming. We had to spend time with them on our Expedia booking, and they would not accept our electronic bookings. At the end we had to but Internet access to e-mail the Hotel a copy!! Still we enjoyed the room, the hotel pool area and the location.
