Great resort, perfect place for a getaway and very calm and relaxed place. Very clean and amazing staff all around. Book this resort if looking for a calm relaxing getaway with no kids. Full of good food, drinks and great staff. Definitely would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay and found that the smaller size of the resort was ideal to walk from our room to the other areas with ease. Having the opportunity to spend time at the sister resorts around Cabo enhanced our stay. We loved that the staff knew us on sight!

The shuttle service and ability to use the different resort facilities was great. The Zao Chen restaurant was some of the best food I’ve ever had. The Zentini de Coconut was delicious. New favorite drink!

Overall the resort is old and in need of a refresh. The food and service were very good. Only one negative encounter with one of the concierge’s. Also people should be told it is NOT safe to go in the water. No swimmable beach here. It’s a 3.5 star place.

At first I was a little skeptical because of the most recent reviews left on Expedia. It actually turned out to be a great resort with a lot of access to different restaurants & bars. The service was amazing! Food was delicious! If you are planning on staying at this resort communicate with the staff so they can let you know about entertainment and nightlife. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was a beautiful property with great staff. I wasn’t as happy with the food offered at the onsite restaurants but it was okay quiviera’s food was excellent and we ate the last night at LaFreda ( a sunset restaurant) which was also excellent.

This hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The spa services were excellent!!! I would say the massage was one of the top 3 I have ever had. The staff was friendly and attentive and very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a beautiful, quiet resort. The staff is very friendly and very willing to help you. Transportation was very easy at the resort, as they will call for shuttles and taxis for you.

The TAXI service to the airport is extremely expensive (20 miles - $130 USD). Hotel should do something to help their guests to have more affordable options for transportation. Shuttle service is only available for a short period of time. Early or late flights are not included in shuttle service.

Property is very quiet getting a drink or chair was not an issue even on spring break. Room views from the top floor were beautiful. No entertainment whatsoever and nothing to do in the evening. There really isnt a need for reservations maybe this should be reviewed in the future. Beautiful Resort!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday weekend. We stayed at the Towers and it was exceptional. Our butlers, Gabriel and Dulce, were amazing and attentive. We would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for an adults only resort.

The resort is immaculate and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Both of my daughters were married here, it’s a wonderful wedding location also. The food is also always outstanding and if you want to venture over to the other resorts in town you can in about a 20 minute ride. I love that it is an all adult resort. Tennis is also available and the golf course is amazing.

Wow! Just incredible!! I’m 43 and just took my lady on a 3 night 4 day getaway! Property was beautiful! Decor and cleanliness was top notch and it smelt good in every area! Truly a spa feeling throughout the property. Staff was super friendly and very helpful with planning activities and such. We came during spring break and I’ll admit I got nervous on the flight here that it would be crazy with spring breakers doing beer funnels listening to def leopard! This resort did not attract that kind of vibe. Though there were some younger guests for the most part people were our age and older. Everyone was super chill, happy and the vibe was fun and positive. The food was so good! I’ve been to all inclusive resorts and have thought the food was just par… this place everything was delicious!! Highly recommend!!

This is our second time at the property. I would stay again! We had a room in the towers with a butler (Gabriel & Dulce they were excellent!) I would say we enjoyed our second trip more than our first time there. We went mid Feb and missed the best weather but we were able to see whales everyday which made the trip special. Pescado’s food was excellent we ate there twice. La Frida- Go for the experience and views but we wouldn’t go for the food again. Steakhouse- we would have ate here twice. Wife loved their special margarita and I loved their basic marg. Great for pictures and a special night at the resort. I’ve had better steaks but I would say it was very good for resort all-inclusive. But the overall dining experience was our favorite of the trip. Pool food is excellent as well and the VIP lounge is a special perk! The gym is awesome with a great view! And the resort itself is extremely clean and well taken care of. There APP for the phone is excellent to make reservations, see menus and order room service. We booked through Expedia about a month out and saved a decent amount of money.

The resort and staff were fantastic. The reason for my poor relates to access to the golf course. I booked the stay because of its advertised access to golf. After booking (and paying) a month before my arrival, I contacted the resort and was told to call the golf club directly. They advised the course was booked and could only put me on a waiting list. I never did get a tee time. I stopped by the course to check on my status and the staff were unhelpful and frankly rude. They refused to look up where I was on the waiting list. I asked to talk with the manager and was told he was unavailable. 50 years of traveling and I have never been treated so poorly. Had I know this I would not have booked this resort.

The food was delicious and the hotel staff is very friendly. Alberto and Hannia were amazing Butlers! I really enjoyed how we could hop on a shuttle and go to another sister property (for free). The hotel is very well-staffed, the service is impeccable. Downside: I like to swim in the ocean so it was a bummer the currents were too strong, this is not a beach-swimming property.
