Great kids friendly hotel

My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The food was good and diverse. Our room had a great ocean view. We really enjoyed the fact that it's made for families with kids. My son enjoyed the little pool, the water park and the shows they had almost every night. The staff was very friendly, polite and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Waste of money!

Terrible all around. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel that was not all inclusive and still paid the same amount since we did not experience any of the inclusive benefits. How can you accept a reservation and charge extra for two more people then tell us at CHECK In that we can not eat at any on site restaurants because they only take reservations between 9-3?!? We were forced to eat at the buffet which was less than terrible! We DID NOT EAT! We were told we old order room service, did that and they got the order wrong. Not only did they bring the wrong food once but six times! Thank God we are only here for one night. Do not book this property. We will never return to this property.

Nice Hotel, Excellent Staff

Pros: Staff. Service. Size. Location - easy walk or bus ride to small town of San Jose or bus to the corridor or Cabo San Lucas. Evening entertainment
Cons: Food. Specialty restaurants are good. Buffet meals need improvement. Breakfast buffet should just serve breakfast food, not last nights leftovers.
Location: Location is great and within walking distance of many things like dolphins swim, Thursday artist walk, local bars & stores and buses to further places
We have been to Royal Solaris many times and continue to return because of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff also do an excellent job. We like the size of the hotel, not too big and not too small. The food, unfortunately, can use some improvement. Having said that, we did not feel we had to go elsewhere to eat. I would especially like to thank the following for their excellent service: Lucy at breakfast; Alfredo and Ramon the pool waiters; Alex at breakfast; Fabiola at the front desk; Capital Victor who always goes above and beyond; and Eric, Haruy and Memo from the entertainment team. I haven't even begun to mention all the staff who are so good to us. We especially enjoy seeing the entertainment staff on the stage at night. They do a wonderful job.

Pros: Pool
Cons: Activities and music is sometimes too loud leaving little room for relaxation
Location: Beautiful beach
Convenient all inclusive hotel with healthy food options.

Food was disappointing

Cons: Hire better staff and chefs for the restaurants.
Location: The city has grown so much. We can't swim at this beach. The little town is nice. Go to the taco place across from the Mercado.
It seem to us that the staff were not well trained to have everything ready for the massive amount of people staying at the hotel. There was lots of food but not tasty. The food at the Marco Polo Restaurant was better. Not worth the $239 per night that we paid.

Nice hotel right on the beach

Pros: Nice room. Very comfortable.
Cons: The food was good but not great. Have breakfast here but go to local restaurants for dinner.
Location: Excellent restaurants: Cynthias, La Galeria, Don Rodrigo, Jazmins, La Patrona, Art walk on Thursday nights and Galleries Trip to Todos Santos
All aspects of the hotel were very good. Great staff, very friendly.

1.staff were rude 2. Internet is slow and only 2 devices per person 3.food was horrible 4. They r mixing hotelstay with time share sales

wouldn't go back

The staff was pushy and impolite. The food was subpar at best. The beds were HORRIBLE. I had to go to Walmart and buy a foam topper to make it tolerable enough to sleep on. I would never go back here.
