Highly recommend!

This is our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first. This resort is so beautiful, the grounds are breathtaking. Multiple pools and excellent service! Very quiet too. Can't recommend the Sheraton enough, we will be back!

The hotel was beautiful, and quiet ; room was spatial and very comfortable but I feel they should do little better job with cleaning rooms. mirror in the bathroom was never clean for five days and they forget to bring fresh towels. Which wasn't a big deal because we called and they brought it right away . Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful seaside resort

Perfect getaway from winter snow and flooding. Great service, beautiful grounds and buildings. Great pools. Happy but quiet ambience. Only downside is they need a less expensive dining option on grounds as it is five miles to town.

Nice hotel

Overall it's a great place. However if guest is going to get charge for wifi internet it's should work. Very slow. If I know I couldn't get on it I will not had purchased. Told the clerk and all she did was smile. We had 2 rooms n it was the same problem. Also it's time for them to get new bath towels. It's was no longer white and very thin.

Nice, Good Location and Quiet

Stayed here for three nights and found it to be very comfortable. I've stayed in several places in Cabo and will be returning to this hotel again in May. Hotel is clean, food is good, service is quick. The pool areas are much smaller than expected or shown in pictures. The down side is people leaving their towels on chairs when they are not at the pool so it's difficult to get a nice seat. There are signs saying not to reserve seats but they do it. I guess that's the only frustrating part. The main water feature by the pool didn't work during my stay but I hope that is repaired by May. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Balcony was beautiful. Stayed in building 30 on 5th floor. Note the room next to me had a hot tub on the balcony but I would suggest some screening from the balcony space for privacy. So if you're booking the room with hot tub make sure you are aware of that. Although kids are allowed they were not overpowering. Seemed to be an older crowd 40+. I didn't purchase the meal option but will be next time. Getting downtown was easy in a cab but get Pesos at a bank or the airport as you will need to pay in cash. Better if you pay in Pesos. :)

Pros: Quiet, clean next to golf courses.
Cons: Better access to buses versus expensive shuttles to get to Cabo.
Location: Golfing right next door.
Very nice and mostly quiet away from the main downtown area.

Good hotel adjacent to a non swimmable beach

The hotel was clean but dated. Upon arrival, I did not appreciate being approached and offered a "free" breakfast and a $100. Room credit for attending a timeshare presentation. Quality of the restaurant food left something to be desired. Pool areas were not the greatest. While seating on the beach was available, the beach is very rough around this hotel and swimming is highly discouraged.

Ocean front king bed

Had to change room on second day. Not only was it barely an ocean view and not ocean front but it was loud. I check 2 days before we arrived and guaranteed ocean front king bed. Didn't have any. We wasted a day and a half of our vacation Waiting for a room we paid for. Than did not get compensated for any or OUR TROUBLES.

Beautiful hotel , spacious rooms loved my jacuzzi tub , swimming in the ocean is dangerous for the inexperienced on this property spent most my time in the pools
