Hacienda Heaven

Loved this property. Staff great but maid left patio door unlocked. It was bolted but as a solo female traveler I like everything locked.She also left used cleaning rag on sink. Still amazing property. I was on ground floor and tip solo females prefer upper level room but it was safe and I left happy. Heads up to Bejamin for doing outstanding job.

Pros: Beach is wonderful, views incredible! Shower pressure, fantastic! Kids pool w slides is nice (cold water) but fun for kids. No Wifi tho at this pool.
Cons: The room cleaning: mold in the shower. Heat more pools, yes it is January in Mexico but more than 2 heated pools would be nice. More room towels.
Location: The location is great! about 15 minutes from cabo san lucas. perfect distance for a day adventure.
We had a mixed experience here at the Sheraton. We purchased the all inclusive package (sounds great, right?) We weren't treated the same as those that didn't have the all-inclusive wristbands (staff not as friendly and slower service). If you don't do all inclusive, bring lots of cash: breakfast for my son and I $50 (usd). After I looked the prices, i could see why they preferred the other customers, however, they are still working for tips, right? Maids and others came in at least 3 different times per day, made it hard to rest. Yes, still knocked when quiet sign present... or just came in. Had to keep toilet fan going constantly or else sewer backup smell was unbearable. Ground for patio was nice but screen was broken so couldn't keep doors open. Very pushy about timeshare when walking through lobby. People trying to sell you stuff on beach, too many, about every 6 minutes you have to say no thank you. Sometimes they don't accept no, do you have to keep saying it. Annoying.

Our 3 night stay placed us next to friends at the timeshare next door - time at the pool with lunch and dinner dining as awesome - as per Cabo a trip to town is spendy by taxi - no other choices - the real downer of the stay was loosing 2 shirts left in the closet - We returned the next day to collect them but they could not be found - amazing how a Tommy Bahama and M Jordan golf shirt can just disappear - Thanks a lot Sheridan - rt

This resort is excellent! My wife and I stayed for four nights and wish it were for much longer. The staff are outstanding, ensuring we got exactly what we needed whether it was at the pool, on the beach or at one of the many restaurants. If you're looking for a place with excellent views of the ocean this is the place.

Beautiful relaxing property. Excellent location!

This hotel was perfect for the relaxing vacation my daughter and I planned. Great property, beautiful pools, landscape and beaches. We felt safe and well taken care of here. The property is large enough to have restaurant and different pool choices but not too big that it feels crowded and uncomfortable. We also loved the location. Not in the hub of Cabo, but close enough (10 min drive) to get there if so desired. I also felt that everything at the hotel was reasonably priced, except the spa, which for some reason thinks they can command Ritz Carlton prices. Can't wait to go again!
