Great location

Pros: The view was stunning
Cons: More choice for included breakfast
Location: Close to everything
Expedia forgot to mention about the time share presentation that is required at check-in,I found that disturbing and time consuming .

The hotel grounds were beautiful and picturesque. The layout of the rooms was a bit confusing (up and down hills; which also meant up an down in elevators). There was no easy navigation from building to building - 3rd floor of one building could equal the 1st floor of another due to being built into the mountains. The grounds were well maintained and the views were scenic. The amount of pools and activities were vast as well. The staff was very cordial.

The ridge had the feel that the old Solmar had. It was very comfortable and a more intimate setting that the rest of the mega resort portions. The views are unparalleled.

My go to cabo hotel

Been staying at playa grande since it was new. Rooms are very nice beds are extremely comfortable and very clean.

マリーナ徒歩圏内

初めてのロスカボスで2泊。独立した深い浴槽、広く清潔な室内。トイレと洗面所も2つありとても快適。敷地内レストランはどこも美味しくスタッフの感じも雰囲気も良く大満足。プールも2箇所ありゆったり楽しめた。 唯一のマイナスポイントは、敷地が広く複雑な構造の為、出入りやレストランへの移動がわかりづらかった。しかし、セキュリティや立地を考えると納得の構造なので総合的に大満足でまた宿泊したいホテル。

Pros: View was nice
Cons: They charge for everything including coffee in room
The Ridge faces the marina and bars of Cabo. Loud electronic music could be heard until 3AM every night. Very difficult to sleep there.

Nice hotel, maid service excellent. To many hills and steps for older people. 3of us got food poisoning on the scrambled eggs served by the upper pool. Manager did not want to believe us. Throw up and such. All within an hour of eating the same thing. Breakfast was included, but only American breakfast with eggs. All we wanted was to be able to order something different. Manager was rude _ said we should have gone to hospital. It was obvious what we all got sick on - plus we spoke with a member of our family who is a physician to confirm.

Loud Room, Food Poisoning, No View, Bad Treatment!

Pros: The hotel has great views and is in a good location with spacious rooms. However, do yourself a favor and stay Elsewhere!!!
Cons: Improve food handling procedures at the Ridge to avoid getting people Sick! Do yourself a favor and stay Elsewhere!!!
Location: Good location - lots to do nearby!
We travel extensively, but rarely write reviews. We have been to Cabo over 15 times at 6 different resorts. The look of the resort is nice, but I was exceedingly disappointed! Room - Our room had virtually no view looking out at rooftops with a barely visible marina and no ocean view. The room was very loud at night with cars on the road just below the room making it impossible to use the balcony and difficult to sleep with car alarms going off at night. The inside of the room itself was nice and spacious - but certainly not what I expected. This was unquestionably the loudest room with the poorest view we have ever had in Cabo. After check-in to get towels we had to visit with someone pushing time-share presentations for 15 minutes - Crazy! Food Poisoning - My 68 year old Mother and 11 year old Daughter both got Staphylococcal food poisoning from the under cooked or non-refrigerated scrambled eggs they ate in the American Breakfast included in our stay. They were the only two people in a group of 6 to eat the scrambled eggs. Approximately 1.5 hours after eating breakfast they both got chills, sudden onset vomiting and nausea that lasted approximately 12 hours and they were fine. We asked the manager if we could substitute something else for the eggs and it was a disaster discussion - simply horrible treatment! After finally agreeing, we substituted an item the next day, but then got charged the following day! We gave up and ate much better food off-site.
