Exceptional staff and service

The Westin Los Cabos has a great location, great facilities and all the virtues of a high-end resort in Cabo, but what really sets the Westin apart is the exceptional service. At the desk, at the pool, in the restaurants, and everywhere in between are smiling, helpful people who genuinely care about your well-being. After two days, Juan in the lobby and Diego in the restaurant were old friends. Everywhere we were greeted by name. If we were having trouble finding a spot at the pool, someone would see and run to fetch more sun beds and an umbrella. We are seasoned travelers, usually choosing 4-star hotels, and this was the best managed, motivated and performing staff we have experienced.
