Time Share Type Hotel: Expensive
Posted Jan 24, 2017
When you arrive they push you to go to a "time share" type presentation, so they can give you discounts on their overpriced food , drinks and everything. They say that it will last 1.5 hours but actually takes more than 3 hours, and at the presentation they are very push, and want to force you to make a decision. The hotel works as a "time share" trap, where unaware people may fall and regret for a long time. The hotel staff is nice but the prices are expensive compared to all nice hotels I've been in Mexico an Caribbean. Its very upsetting to arrive after a long trip and be pushed to a presentation, so you can get more fair prices at the hotel. They even ask for a security deposit "us$20.00", and if you change your mind and don't go to the presentation you will loose it. Also, they say that at the presentation you are going get free breakfast, but they don't give you time to eat, they try to rush you so you don't eat.

Even though this review doesn't provide a description of the reviewer's experience with the services and facilities of the hotel, we do appreciate her opinion about pricing at the resort.
