The staff seemed annoyed any time I had a question or request. They staff doesn't seem to have answers to questions, maybe they are not trained well. You can't pay cash for anything. The room was moist all the time, my clothes felt wet. The bed sheets felt wet.

Even do we have zero cash policy at the restaurants, you can always sign to the room and pay cash at the front desk. We are looking forward to have the opportunity to welcome you again to restore your trust in our resort.
