Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The staff throughout the property and the entertainment team were friendly, welcoming, and did a great job creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. They were definitely one of the highlights of my trip. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was disappointing. I requested a room change, but it was never granted because I was expected to keep reminding the staff about my request. I don’t believe guests should have to repeatedly follow up on something that has already been communicated. Better organization and follow-through would have made a big difference. I was also promised a birthday surprise during my stay, but it never happened. Since it had been mentioned in advance, it was disappointing to have it overlooked on what was supposed to be a special occasion. Overall, I had a nice vacation, but the front desk’s lack of follow-through on guest requests and special occasions left room for improvement.

An der angegebenen Adresse existiert überhaupt kein Hotel. Mir wurde am Anreisetag mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel angeblich geschlossen sei und ich woanders untergebracht werde. Das andere Hotel ist in Ordnung jedoch weiß das Personal nicht gut Bescheid und es kostet viel Zeit und Nerven vor Ort zu klären, dass man eigentlich woanders reserviert und schon bezahlt hat. Wirkt insgesamt alles etwas verdächtig.

Great place. Very peaceful and beautiful

Lush and expansive grounds. Lots of activities. Buffet had a lot of choices. Beach was small but not crowded. Reservations restaurant staff was great.
