This hotel is ok, is for people wanna see a wildlife and rest. Don't have tv and wifi just around the lobby and bar

The best part about our stay was the staff! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!! And the tour they arranged of the Rio Frio and the Lagoon was fantastic!!

Das Hotel ist wohl das beste in Cano Negro, bietet aber leider immer noch relative wenig. Besonders ärgerlich sind die Preise, die sie für Exkursionen verlangen - im Ort kann man selbst für den halben Preis dieselbe Leistung bekommen. Ohne Exkursionen gibt es im Hotel überhaupt nichts zu tun. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht (und gezahlt), sind aber schon nach der ersten wieder abgereist. Als kurzer Abstecher ok, aber auch keinen Fall für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Simple rooms. Awesome area. Canoeing tour with Jimmy is a must do. Good food and reasonable priced.

We enjoyed the area, but probably would have appreciated it more if there wasn't a drought. not much to do other than be on the water. It was definitely overpriced for other comparable lodges in rural Costa Rica.

Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage, mit Pool, an dem man nach der Fahrt durch die Kanäle den restlichen Tag entspannen kann (auch, wenn die Liegen etwas unbequem sind). Nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bootsanleger entfernt. Gutes Essen, etwas Geduld darf man gern mitbringen, da der nette Kellner allein etwas überfordert schien.

Dear Expedia, We booked a room at this hotel after reading it's description. However after being shown to the room we were taken by surprise that it did not come close to the expectations of it's description or price. My wife used the bathroom first thing and toilet did not work which was very embarrassing for her. The room looked like $60 room not the $140 we booked.... not even close! We talked to front desk explaining that we're not comfortable with the price compared to the written description of the facility and what we discovered. There was no manager on site so she got one on the phone. He explained there was nothing he could do about the price. I said ok, we're leaving. While we waiting to talk to the manager, another guest expressed their displeasure and said they we were leaving after one night. The next day we saw them and they said the inclusive breakfast was one fried egg, 2 pieces of toast and one cup of coffee. They were discussed with the hotel at that price..., ok place for $50 a night but no way over $120 a night! We would hope Expedia would refund our money for this booking. I have stayed at many, many hotels and cabinas all over Costa Rica and other countries for over 35 years, never, ever have I walked away from a booking.... never! This hotel was way over the top misleading and way over priced. The grounds and room we're at $50 per night facility, not $140! Please refund our money. Sincerely, Mark

Location: Tres bien situe et au calme
Personnel tres accueillant, mais hotel qui semble a bout de souffle et aurait bien besoin d une restauration complete

Nos atendieron muy bien. Son muy amables. El desayuno nos pareció un poco pobre.
