"Pros: quiet, good staff, location is good Cons: Hotel is a bit old, no air conditioning in the room (but the living room has), swimming pool is nice but needs cleaning. Overall the stay was good, 7/10"

"We had an amazing time here! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (reception giving great info about the area, booking taxis, great bar staff at the pool, friendly cleaning staff). The room was clean and very spacious (2 bed standard apartment( and had a lovely balcony). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and sunloungers were great, with a lovely view over the Sant Nichlau turret. The bar area was a lovely pkace to sit abd have a drink before heading into Ciutadella in the evening. It was only a 10 minute walk into the city centre, or you could walk along the promenade down into the harbour area. The perfect mix of city break and relaxing by the pool."
