"New home on the beach 20min south of La Rivera. Well equipped and stocked for family’s who are self sufficient and looking modern home in a quiet, safe and remote location. Grill a fresh catch, run on the beach, SUP or SUP surf2-3ft waves or head north for the wind spots. 20min South of La Rivera, 45min south of Los Barriles and 45min north of Cabo Pulmo. Everything was in order, working and clean. Only small challenge was getting the hot tub to work consistently — but they were on it to help us get things sorted. Great stay!"

"We spent the most wonderful week at the Pezula Beach House near La Fortuna on the Cabo San Jose East Cape. The location right on the beach to view the numerous whales "dancing" above the water is unequaled. The newly completed modern complex is upgraded with all of the necessary conveniences of home, without sparing any comforts. The swimming pool, and tanning lounger-chairs with well placed umbrellas together with its adjacent amenities with a huge open plan kitchen, large TV area (with all the USA channels) and comfortable living areas inside and out make this resort the very idea of an upscale beach vacation. We have never enjoyed a restful peaceful vacation like this one. "We rented both the big house and the casita because we had a big group of 12 friends for a birthday celebration for a week. It was nice to have the option to also rent the casita for more room! The entire property is incredible, including Leo and Gabby and the two sweet dogs, Bella and Diva, who we got to visit with a few times. Leo was more than helpful! He purchased all of our groceries for us and helped us with our airport shuttles. We also took advantage of two authentic, delicious dinners made by. Leo and Gabby. The beach at the house goes on for miles along the beautiful turquoise Sea of Cortez. There is a bit of a break in front of the house... not enough for a surfboard this time of year but great for body surfing and swimming. We saw whales breaching several times a day right in front of the house! And the moon shining on the sea in the evenings was spectacular! The owners were easy to communicate with and generous with sharing their special place! All of us in our group want to go back to this memorable place someday!"

"Here is my honest review — and I have traveled to Turks, USVI, Aruba, French Riviera, and Italy. This resort is over priced. From the food and drinks to the room rates, keep in mind, you will be charged an additional $400 US dollars in taxes and fees alone, in addition to your nightly rate. Drinks are $25-$30…plan to spend about $150 for breakfast, and anywhere between $260-$600 for lunch and dinner. This resort was nice and I booked a date at $1300 per night, only to find out the real rate was $1788. It’s a nice resort but these things have left a sour taste in my mouth. And for that reason I will definitely not be back to any 4S resorts ever again, anywhere. This is also the last time I’ll be visiting Cabo. I’d rather go to Turks and Caicos for the prices we paid. Your employees were excellent. "
