Honest review of this hotel. The carpet is dirty and falling apart. Our first room had so many stains the carpet actually crunched. So they changed rooms. Carpet still in desperate need of replacing but better. The tub however still had gross body hair in it. And lots! A pro. The floor to ceiling one pane glass had an amazing view of the river and we watched a drone show right there. Walking to downtown wasnt a problem for us. But its about 40 minutes and we walk quick. The worst part!!! I parked my rental in the paid hotel parkade. Someone hit the car and left. I noticed when checking out. Staff at the desk were made aware and a manager was to get ahold of me. I sent photos and all details to the hotel through email which they confirmed received. Well. Nothing. No manager. No supervisor. Nothing. I have sent 5 followup messages. Not even a response. So do I recommend this hotel. No.

Great stay and great staff

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay in a fantastic location. There was a little difficulty at check-in due to the language barrier, which made the beginning slightly stressful. Our family of five stayed on the third floor. The staircase is very narrow and steep, so carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. Having only one key for five people was also very inconvenient. Apart from this, the apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a large fridge and plenty of storage. The only issue was that the extractor hood was not working. The location is excellent. Restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few steps away. Most importantly for us, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was perfect for our pilgrimage. TIP FOR DRIVERS: Park at Parking Plaza España / Puerta Cinegia. Vehicle entrance: C. del Coso, 45, Zaragoza. It is very close to the apartment. I recommend driving directly there instead of trying to access the apartment by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. ❤️

The car park is very big, towing a big trailer or boat is no problem here it’s like a commercial lorry park. The hotel is tucked away enough for the parking to be as off grid safe as possible as well. Food was good and the staff friendly. To sum up I will stay again it’s a good half way stop between Benidorm and Bilbao.

No water this morning no tv. But they had a generator so breakfast was ok. But for a late checkout they still wanted to charge me ❓❓❓❓❓
