The staff were super helpful, looked and acted professionally. Using forward thinking ideas for communication ( what’s app which always responded to quickly) helpful with taxis, trips etc etc. and super facilities for any disabilities ( not that we have but just noticed, not a lot going on nearby ( pancake cafe and Lava cafe a must for breakfast ) but that suited us. Entertainment each evening ( good standard and easy listening) a very pleasant venue for a few nights were don’t need to venture far

Quiet location with a few restaurants round the corner on the front. A short walk away is a nice square with lots of eateries, further round the coast is Los Abrigos - a must for seafood. The pool at Santa Barbara is excellent and happy hour every day at 4.30 at the bar is nice. The car park is cramped and not ideal and the hotel restaurant was poor. But overall it's a lovely place to stay.

Just returned from a weeks stay, family of 4 with 2 adult children. Absolutely lovely hotel!! We only ate at the poolside, but they had no complaints. The pool area was clean and managed well by the entertainment and lifeguards. There are plenty of sun loungers. Many of the rooms are seaview. We didn't eat in the restaurant, so we were unable to review the main restaurant food. The one bedroom apartment room was perfect, a large double bed in the main bedroom and a large double sofa bed in the main room, along with a dining area and kitchenette with oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Absolutely recommend this hotel. It's rated a 3 star, but the reviews and photos show that it could definitely be mistaken for being higher!

We had an extremely enjoyable experience in Santa Barbara. The staff were friendly and the facilities were accessible and clean. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay.. food was reasonable.. great pool.. we stayed in a villa.. our villa was on the same floor as the pool.. we had no view.. I’d ask to stay up one floor so you can see the water.. staff was wonderful.. tons of activities.. plus walkway along the water..

We did enjoy our stay . The staff were all friendly and helpful . Accommodation has everything g we needed for a self catering holiday . The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Would have been good to have information leaflets with places to visit and see , local activities and walks .

Been here many times, and we love the fact that this is essentially an aparthotel. Rooms are spacious and kitchens well equipped, if that's what you want. Staff are really friendly and helpful too.

We loved the look and feel of this property. It is very clean, and well maintained - everyone we talked to was fantastic! Although the poolside cafe food was somewhat bland, the prices and service were super. The sun shone, the pool was perfect and the poolside chair “booking” system was successful and easy! Beautiful location!

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful. Many rooms have spectacular ocean views. The hotel is well-maintained with beautiful gardens everywhere. There are lots of interesting programmes (sports, entertainment, kids club) organised for guests every day.

Great hotel, shame about...
Wonderful hotel and staff. The only disappointment was the music as the singer on Christmas Eve was very poor and the musician on Christmas Day didn't turn up at all. Shame, as the good evening entertainment is one of the main reasons I choose this hotel.

Such a maze trying to get from the room to pool/reception. They would close pool early because of rain. Lots of rules for a hotel. Wouldn’t change pool towels unless I paid 2 euros..

Always had a good experience and we always come here since 2017. This year we been 3 consecutive months and always literally felt at home. Big shout out to Andrea, Odry Laniella and Priscila. A few minutes from the airport, the entrance has a sign above the entrance “welcome home “. The staff on reception are friendly. Our room on 6th floor was a spacious room with a kitchen and substantial lounge that is separate from the bedroom. However, the really amazing experience is when you open the windows and see the most amazing view of the ocean. This place lives up to the headline “welcome home”

Hotel is lovely. Spotlessly clean, super friendly staff. Great cocktails. Gym is great. Booking service for the sunbeds works really well. Aqua gym instructors are great fun.

We only stayed here 1 night after airport delay. Hotel seemed ok. It is a rabbit warren even to the point that we had to get staff to show us to our room and even then i was lost trying to get back. The room was massive and seemed pretty decent. We were in one of the villas and if i was there longer i would be disappointed with the view, sun loungers and a wall. As i say only there for 1 night and it was pleasant enough
