Double charge

The clerk was rude she insisted there were no reservations. She was showed the email and gave rooms. The computers were down so she could not take payment and asked them to write down their names and address payment would be due when the system came back up. The rooms were finally paid for.After tthey checked out the hotel also charges my debit card I held the room with. They got $1220 for 3 rooms for 2 night

Key Info Was Not Revealed when Booking

This is a decent place to stay, but I'm extremely disappointed that I paid over $115 for a room here and the fact that the entire place in under renovation was NEVER revealed. The hallways were torn up, sheets hanging everywhere, recreational facilities are out of commission, and breakfast was relocated and mediocre at best. Hotel renovations are necessary and welcomed, but the least a hotel could do is let people know the situation BEFORE they arrive and offer rooms at a discounted rate. Also, pay attention to the fees that are added once you book on Hotels. The room rate posted is a base rate the added fees appear to vary among hotels.

We enjoyed our stay... we actually brought an extra person "teenager" and they rented us a roll away bed for her!! We will stay again!

Excellent place

We arrived late and were happy to find the pool stays open until 11:00 pm. The pool was clean (a little high on the chlorine - maybe they had just added some) and the fitness room was great.

There was a very loud group of college age students staying in the hotel. The manager on duty did her very best to get them under control. This was very much appreciated.

Reliably clean

Simply what I expected. I chose to pay the slight extra for no surprises. Website didn't show pool and spa.

Pros: convenience to location visiting
Location: Could hear truck traffic.
