Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was a great location
Cons: Some of the new updates kinda fell apart but the staff was notified and they handled it.
Location: Great location for all points in Louisville

Ok except for the trains

Ok except the maid took the used towels and wash cloths out but only replaced the bath towel not the hand towel and the two wash cloths. This necessitated my bordering one from my nephew who was across the hall from me. Other than that all ok.

We were there for a wedding and the bride dropped off a welcome basket the night before. They could not find it. Then, we asked for extra towels and they told me every last one was in the wash. The hotel was obviously not fully booked so they should have had plenty. On top of that, there were no towels by the pool and the AC took about 24 hours to cool our room. Luck for us, we stayed 2 nights. The cherry was when I asked them to change the sheets on the bed because my daughter had gotten sick and they begrudgingly said ok. Only to find out after a long day and arriving late that night that they in fact did not change the sheets. So we had to strip the bed so we could sleep. I understand it may be gross but I can't do anything about it myself. Thankfully on our final morning there when I again asked for more towels and was told to find them myself, there was a very sweet housekeeper that made sure we had enough. She was kind and pleasant and because I knew our room would not be fun to clean I gave her a twenty. Needless to say we will not be staying there again.

When I looked up 4th street live it said this hotel was 3.4 miles from it. Turns out it was 12+ miles. After 50worth of taxi rides was not worth the savings on the hotel.
