Great price for a decent room for a night.

Enjoyed the stay especially for the price. The only issue I had was the door wasn't the easiest to close or open. Room was clean and didn't wouldn't mind staying there again.

Confusion over rate

Pros: cleanliness
Cons: larger coffee cups
Location: Location is good. Walking distance to Waffle house, Olive Garden and McDonalds. More businesses across a large busy highway.
I had never heard of this hotel until I found it from searching on Expedia. I had a friend coming into my hometown for 3 days and I booked this hotel mainly for the price (at that time $80/night). Because of the low price I went over to see the room to make sure it was up to my friend's standards. I hoped it would be clean at the very least. I was able to see the room and was satisfied that it was clean (sheets looked white and large king bed). Bath was large and clean. Hotel in all looked clean and well maintained. No complaints about cleanliness. I specifically asked the man at the desk if the room I viewed would be identical to my friend's room. He said YES. Well it was not exactly. The room they gave my friend had a much smaller bathroom. That was the only change. When it came to check out time there was confusion about pricing and days booked. My friend didn't want me to make a big deal about it so I calmly informed the 2 men at the desk what I believed that I did about the booking. The man I spoke with explained more or less that the pricing changes daily. So I guess when I made the reservation at $80/night the price went up by checkout time and I wasn't notified of the change, which is wrong. After my explanation though, the man at the desk did give my friend a discount for the last night. Thank you for that Baymont. But as far as recommending.... I will recommend but with caution.

We often get compliments for our location, as it is convenient , easily accessible and a close proximity to a highway, many restaurants, sports parks & facilities, malls, movie theaters, attractions, parks, grocery stores and much more. We do get carpets cleaned monthly. Kindly look at your reservation confirmation, regarding the rate . You accepted the rate at the time of the booking and were billed exactly same as reserved. We DO NOT change rates after guest have signed and accepted rate at check-in on registration card. You did not appreciate or have mentioned the discounted rate given for 3rd night which as significantly lower than online rates. Hotel and Airline rates vary on daily basis subject to occupancy and events in the area . We have different layouts for same room types on different floors. We look forward to serving your friend again.

Baymont near Louisville KY

Pros: It was comfortable and clean and had charging outlets in nightstand lights and even in the bedside clock.
Cons: All the motels are basically the same.
Location: Just stayed overnight, but there were plenty of restaurants in the area.
Check-in pleasant. Took 2 chocolate chip cookies offered to guests. Within 1 hour there were little ants all over the dresser. Front desk said they would come and spray, or we could move to another room. We opted to move. Breakfast was average - like most other motels.

Room was small. When we arrived we had a non smoking room and when we got inside we could get a whiff of cigarette smoke inside the room. Breakfast wasn't much much of anything with small lobby/dinning area.

Perfect stay

Pros: What I enjoyed most was how our room was set up for a third party guest. The sofa couch was a separate room for privacy, very satisfied.

Everybody was nice and helpful, The room we had was very accommodating even for a third guest who stayed with us. 2nd adjacent room was great for Private of third guest. I would highly recommend.

Watch your credit card!

I stayed a total of 2 nights and was charged a deposit of $150. But they charged myself for a total of 3 nights with the deposit amount. Day 7 and I am still waiting for a refund!!

Most hotel chains do require a refundable cash deposit or hold on credit or a debit card at check-in for incidentals which may take up to 3 - 7 business days to drop off depending on card issuing financial institution It is a standard practice followed throughout the hospitality industry to protect the hotels from any damages by inconsiderate guests. Two day stay

Pros: Fair pricing - They would allow pets but they are paranoid about pet rules.
Cons: Breakfast food choices. Coffee in urns -not hot and empty. No egg or meat choices for breakfast.
Location: Conveniently located. Good shopping and restaurants nearby.
Arrived early in the afternoon and was pleased with the 3:pm check in time. Long list of rules for pets along with appropriate fines and charges. Room was somewhat small with only one desk chair to sit in.

Yes we are a little paranoid about pet rules , as many guests try to sneak them in to avoid additional pet fees . We do allow pets at our hotel only in "designated pet rooms" for cleanliness & safety of other guests who may be allergic to pets.
