The front desk threatened me. I’m traveling with my 3 kids, I’m a professional and travel a lot but this one was a personal trip with my kids. I do not ever come into conflict and hostile situations with people like this. It would have been less scary if my kids weren’t with me, but I feared for their safety. I intend to file charges and get my money back.

Overall I enjoyed staying at this property. Despite the proximity to the airport, the only time I could hear airplanes overhead was when I was outside. I was intown for work at the Kentucky Convention Center, and it was very easy to go to and from there. The parking lot at this time of the year was completely open and I had limitless options to park where and how I wanted. I'm taking half a point away from my score for the bed. I'm not sure if I've chosen poorly in recent months when choosing hotels, or if it's a growing trend across the industry, but this and several other hotels I've stayed at have had extremely uncomfortable beds. Thin mattress, very little padding or support, and are hard as a rock. I've stayed at a Super 8 with the same bed for half the cost. As someone with chronic back pain and as someone who is on the heavier side, I wish Expedia had a section where hotels could share if the hotel's beds are hard, thin, pillow topped, or give any indication as to what to expect, as this feels like the end-all-be-all most important piece of information one would need when choosing where to stay. I'm taking another half point away for the inconsistent breakfast options. I don't eat meat for health reasons, so I originally thought that the only hot food options for me were the eggs. But, then the next day there were suddenly egg sandwiches available. And each day was something different, meaning I had no idea what I did or didn't have available until I checked.

Not so good. I booked a regular King Room and I was given a handicap King. When I asked if I could get the room switched I was told they can't since I booked through here. Very frustrating when I know they were not at capacity. Would it have been so hard to switch rooms?

No shuttle service provided to exposition centre yet it was listed as it provides the service. Called for a shuttle 2x from the airport and no ride arrived so asked another hotel to drive us instead. Rooms are only made up every 2 nd day. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

I was left outside de hotel for 30 minutes at about 1:00 am. There was no one to open the entrance door even though I tried calling numerous times to no avail. Finally a guy shows up, has a lot of problems registering me, gives me all the wrong information about breakfast and check out time and charges twice for the room. The bathroom was stinky and the mattress worn out. The best thing: the ride back to the airport.

We was placed in a handicapped room. We would have liked to have had the couch and sitting area. It would be nice for those customers that needed a handicapped room to have got it. Sad!

Poor experience. We checked in, several items in room broken (light fixture, shower bottles off wall, etc), limited quantity of towels, toilet paper upon arrival, bathroom dirty (hair in bathroom shower and toilet and dirt on floor) power went out and they did change our rooms immediately however ONLY took off $40 from our bill for inconvenience which made us significantly late for arrival for the days itinerary.

The facility is nice but was very noisy all through the night. I was on the first floor in room 120 and I called and reported the problem to the night attendant but it continued. I spoke to the morning attendant but was cavalier and only said she was sorry. No refund or future perks.
