Great hotel with exceptionally good staff!

Cottonwood Suites was much better than I expected! The rooms were clean as well as all common areas. The staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating. An exceptional experience!

worst mattress ever!

Pros: it is close to the interstate
Cons: better quality... everything
the mattress felt old and broken down. should have been better quality for the price

Beware: NEVER stay here!

This hotel has so many issues. The breakfast is terrible, lack of choices in the buffet and what was there was stale. The front desk staff do not know the area and give out incorrect information. The bed was hard. The heat/air did not work properly. No hot water for a shower in the morning. The pool literally was like someone dumped ice in it, I could not get 1 foot in it and my kids stayed in for less than 10 minutes because is was so miserable. The shuttle service makes you wait at your destination to be picked up almost 2 hours past when they said they would be there. Every time I went through the lobby someone was at the desk complaining so it was not just my families terrible experience. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came to our room to do anything. I had to go get towels and toilet paper at the front desk since she did not come to make the bed or anything the entire stay. Worst hotel experience ever!!

I'm staying at this hotel because it is close to the business I am working. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean.

Do not plan to swim in the winter here!

My husband was working in Louisville and I stayed with the kids at this hotel because it had an indoor pool. The kids wanted to swim in February. The pool was freezing!! We could not even get in past our feet, the water was so cold.

Location: Stayed here for farm show. Easy to get to show from here and close by.
Decent hotel. Rates are a little high for property but had a continental breakfast thrown in.
