My Expedia reservation was not found in their system, but the desk clerk was very helpful. The location was sketchy and the building a little run down. The room was clean and the beds comfy.

DIRTY AND UNSAFE

Location: Not a nice or safe part of town...stay away especially if traveling with children.
I am disgusted and disappointed after spending the night in this hotel. I was looking for a hotel in close proximity to Iroquois Park and this looked like the best option. The pictures online are completely misleading..my room looked nothing like this. I felt terrible having my child stay in this room and wouldn't let her walk on the floor without wearing shoes or socks at all times. Supposedly the hotel is undergoing renovation which is their main excuse for the condition of this place. However, the issues pertain to cleanliness and safety which have nothing to do with renovating and should be top priority. My expectations are by no means over the top...I expect a clean room and a safe place to stay. This was neither. We were looking forward to spending some time at the hotel relaxing after a 6 hour drive and after we saw what we were walking into, we had to find other things to do to spend as little time there as possible. I will be contacting the corporate office. I tried very hard to avoid staying in a run down chain motel and that's exactly what I ended up with. If they can't handle keeping this hotel clean during their "renovation", then someone needs to shut it down.

Easy to find location

We were pleased with the hotel. Very clean and nice. The staff seemed great and helpful. If I had one complaint it would be the breakfast was not good.

Always a pleasant experience from check in to departure. Easy to get to and easy to get anywhere in Louisville quickly.

hotel wasnt to bad but the area was pretty shady.the web site needs to be up dated cause it doesnt have everything it says it does

Hotel staff was courteous, facilities well maintained. Room was very comfortable. I liked everything about this hotel, however, I do think it is way overpriced. The only reason I choose this hotel was because I had a discount of 50% off. And that is a reasonable price for the accomodations.

Not like the pictures!!!

We drove up to it but didn't stay because it was like a ghost town with hardly any other cars in the parking lot. The outside did not look nice and the neighborhood was seedy. Hotels.com should do a better job of vetting hotels and the rating system. Thepictures online make it look much nicer than it is. No one in our family wanted to stay there!

Didn't feel Safe with daughter & granddaughter.

Neighborhood didn't look safe for my 12 year old granddaughter...linens had slight stains and small tear in upholstery .
