Great hotel with exceptionally good staff!

Cottonwood Suites was much better than I expected! The rooms were clean as well as all common areas. The staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating. An exceptional experience!

The hotel was old and the bathroom was terrible. The replacement bathtub was placed over the old one, leaving a gap, which filled with water. There was a terrible musty smell from that water. Beds were OK. Breakfast was pretty boring.

hotel was nice.pool was down for maintenance.every one was nice except the guy derek at the front desk. he needs customer service training. lack of knowledge to assists hotel guess. rude for no reason.and wouldnt recommend to others.

Pool heater wasn't working...one of the reasons we booked here was so kids could swim. Beds are like sleeping on floor. Couldn't call hotel as phone systems won't working. Reservation was messed up so had to have girls sleep on floor.

worst mattress ever!

Pros: it is close to the interstate
Cons: better quality... everything
the mattress felt old and broken down. should have been better quality for the price

Motel 6? Don't get scammed. Painfully outdated!

Don't waste your time thinking you are getting a deal. The room was valued over $160.00 I paid for a king with pull out for more room. The price for the room was just under $100.00 pre-tax. That room was maybe a $60.00 dollar room. Run down! The pull out sofa was literally shredded. The room didn't even come with a fridge. I called and asked for one. It never came. Breakfast was disgusting. All if the pastries : muffins, Danish, etc tasted like dirty fridge. Stale. So gross. Nothing hot to eat. Furniture was old and gross. Bathroom was microscopic. No room to move around. Coffee maker was in with the toilet???? What? Why? No. No. I should get a partial refund, but I'm guessing I won't. The issue with sites like these is that they just make up an original price and then put a discounted price and say you are getting a deal.

Very pleasant. Staff was most helpful. Nice continental breakfast with more seating than most hotels. Just sorry indoor pool heater was broken, so it was too chilly to swim.
