Not a Good Choice

Pros: Great location and size of room.
Cons: A lot
Location: Good central location.
I hopped into the shower, turned on the water and discovered there was no shower curtain. I left for work and when I returned, the trash had not been picked up, coffee pot was dirty, no coffee packets were left. The bathroom sink was cracked, and the faucet was not secure to the sink. I had booked four rooms and had clients there, a bit embarrassing. When I was checking in and out, there was no one at the front desk. I did call the desk and let them know of the issues, I was told the GM and Sales Manager would be told of the issues. I did not hear from either.

good stop over for morning meeting

Pros: It was quiet and comfortable.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants and good highway
It was difficult to find, but a nice find. A good breakfast was served.

Nice hotel

Pros: Very clean hotel. Friendly staff
Cons: Don't care for the clothes rack right next to the front door, prefer a closet. Beds a little hard.
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby.
This hotel is located in a nice part of town with easy access to the freeway and plenty of restaurants. The room was large and very clean. Breakfast was good.

the first room had stained sheets and microwave did not work, second room, water did not get hot.

The hotel was nice, but I'm confused as to why they charged me $50 less on my bill than what was actually charged on my card. This still hasn't been resolved, I don't know if its Hotel.com that got the extra money or what.

Nice Place

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. The rooms were in good condition and nice, but the sheets look dirty. They seem to hold a lot of lint. so it looks dirty.

Do not stay here.

I cant believe this is ranked 4.0/5 on your website. Truthfully, i dont think im going to use Hotels.com again. This hotel was far from a 4.0. I am thinking its more of a 2.5 or 3.0. The front desk lady checked us in, cleaned our room (which was very dirty). We asked for our money back on Thursday night because we couldnt take it anymore. Terrible hotel. Dirty, poor customer service.
