Very nice room, clean, and everyone was great!!

Pros: My room was nice and quite not a lot of hall traffic.
Cons: Get ride of some of the green, a little out dated my the décor.
Location: The location was great, easy to get to, lots of restaurants to choose from!
I was very happy wit my room, the staff was very kind!

Cold in room all night, No hot water for shower, Kleenex dispenser was empty and covered with rust.

Nice hotel that is located close to the interstate

Very nice hotel that is close to the interstate, shopping malls, and food. Hotel staff are always very friendly; and checkout is always fast.

Run down hotel with poor staff and accommodations

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It was run down, the room was dirty and needed servicing, the breakfast was a joke, and the staff was terrible. They had no clue what was going on. We hung the do not disturb sign on our door and they bothered us several times. Overall a Terrible experience

Not Safe

My children were not safe here. Notified staff of problem neighbor beating on my door and staff took no action. Had to call police. Not a safe motel.

The staff member greeted us as we left and returned. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. Clean rooms. Will stay there again as long as the staff is the same

Location: there was plenty to eat in the area
there was a box of curly fries from Arbys in the microwave when we arrived. the shower knob started to break off in pieces. A bar of soap was even stuck to the top of the shower wall. there were several lightbulbs out along with the swithches

The furniture is worn, not sure the sheets were clean. Stale smell of curry in the air. It smells like someone lives and cooks in one of the rooms and that smell pervades the halls and the rooms. Would not go there again if it remains like this and would not recommend it to others.
