Nice hotel for downtown.

Pros: Close to all downtown sites.
Good staff and clean environment. Close to downtown, nice supermarket nearby Krogers.

Comfort and value in the heart of Louisville

Room was clean, bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom had all the basics. After 30 hours of travel it was a very pleasant find that was right in the heart of Louisville. Good value for money and easy access to Muhammad Ali Centre and other city landmarks.

I would only stay for a night

I just needed a place to stay for the night while in Louisville. I definitely wouldn't stay any longer. The staff was not very welcoming when checking in. The room was a decent room, however, the next morning I noticed ant like insects in the bathroom. I went to explore downtown for awhile. When I returned the parking lot was completely full. I had to park in the papa john parking lot next door. I'm not the type of complain about every single thing so for me to say I would not stay here again says alot.

Just to spend the night

Pros: Comfortable bed and clean.
Cons: Wifi access and definitely breakfast
Location: You must go to breakfast to a place called Wild Eggs and should definitely try out going to the Yum Center for an event.
I was at a conference in Louisville so I just used it as a place to sleep till the next day. Room was comfortable and clean every day I returned. The got free Wifi but the connection is sometimes not too good. Don't plan on eating breakfast here everyday. This was the weakest point of my stay. Also, if you want to get anything from the managers, try with each one of them if one can't help you right away or if it seems he/she is not in the mood of helping out. I wanted a room change because I mistook my reservation and booked a smoking room. PLEASE, DO NOT GET A SMOKING ROOM IF ARE NOT A SMOKER. So I had to try with 3 managers in order to get this done.

Good location, okay amenities, rude staff

Pros: Budget hotel with reasonable parking rates, double beds availability
Cons: Hotel staff.
Location: Very close to downtown.
The location was great, located about a 5 minute walk to Fourth Street Live and a 10 minute walk to the KFC Yum! Center. The room was decent, pretty much what I expected from a budget hotel. My only complaint was with the receptionist. He was very unwelcoming, slapping my ID back on the table in front of me after taking a look at it. He also asked for $10 for parking at first (2 vehicles), and after I handed him $10 cash, he gruffly asked for $15 (this was what I expected to pay after seeing a sign on the side, but at least apologize for saying the wrong amount). Not a pleasant fellow.

Ok but not worth the money

They overbooked the rooms and we had to take a smoking room to get the king sized bed we reserved. Smoking room should not mean smells like an ashtray!!!! Had to brew coffee to get the smell out! BTW had Danish and muffins..... Not a full breakfast as advertised!!!
