The rooms were very nice/ we had problems with the shower being scalding hot / which would have burnt a younger child/ however once brought to their attention they fixed it

This was a beautiful hotel with an awesome breakfast. The pool was a little chilly, but the kids enjoyed playing in it. Very classy lobby and sitting area. We all loved the glass elevators.

Like the whole hotel and having the kitchen to make you a fresh breakfast instead of a normal breakfast where everythaing is premade.. and the bar is nice to be able to get a drink in the evenings. Super clean and nice updated rooms

The hotel was under construction but it was confined to one floor. It was a very clean nice facility!

Great Stay
Always a good experience with Embassy Suites. The renovations did not interrupt our stay at all, aside from some noise during the day they were usually done by 6:00 p.m. My only complaint on this visit was that the iron in our room was broken and I called the front desk for a new iron, and I even offer to come downstairs and get it myself. I was told that I would be called back when they found a new iron but I was never contacted again. The iron wasn't that crucial, so I just let it go. Good customer service would have been to at least give me a call back and let me know whether one was found or not. Thanks!

They are doing construction online and there was no indication when we booked online. It was extremely loud like a jack hammer was right above our room.

The property is tired looking with dirty carpets, torn edges to them, etc. It definitely needs a renovation, which they were just beginning while we were there (Nov 7-10). This is also the only hotel I have ever stayed it that required guests to REQUEST maid service DAILY in order to receive it. The bar menu was very limited, although it was the best burger I've ever tasted. The "hot" breakfast items were not hot. Biscuits were cold and hard, eggs were at best room temperature, etc. (I had breakfast daily at 7:30)

We chose to stay at this hotel because of the indoor pool and free breakfast amenities. The breakfast was good. However, the pool was absolutely freezing both in water temperature and air temperature. Turn on the heat!!

Overall, a good experience. Upon our arrival there was some confusion with our room - but they were quick to fix it. While our room was dated, it was comfortable and we always enjoy the Embassy breakfast. They are in the process of renovating rooms. Enjoyed the stay!

Very nice, quiet, clean area - a refreshing change from downtown Louisville. property located in modern looking area - commercial/residential mix. Only 15-20 minutes out from the city, it offers a good mix of shopping and restaurants.

The staff was all very nice. The front desk was welcoming and the bar staff was super sweet. Here is were it went wrong. Once to our room we noticed we only had one glass. My husband ran down stairs and asked the front desk. They pulled one from under the counter, dusted it off and handed it to him. He was a bit shocked... So he went to the bar to see if he could get a clean glass. They seemed confused at why he needed another glass even after telling them what happened and he would like a CLEAN glass. When we settled in we noticed stains on the sofa. So we called the desk to request a sheet to cover it so we could sit. When it was brought to the door I was shocked to see that it was just balled up and looked used! I even made my husband take a picture because I was so shocked. I can send this to you if you would like. We still kept moving and went to the managers reception. Staff was great! But the popcorn and peanuts were not what I was expecting. Years past have been much better. Lastly the breakfast which we always look forward to. My husband was going to do the cook to order eggs BUT it was 45 minutes to an hour wait!? That has never been a problem at Embassy before. I think the longest he has ever waited was 10 minutes or so. This was not what we have come to expect with Embassy and hope this is not the new norm. Why do I come to Louisville
If I could always book here I would. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The breakfast is amazing and if Leslie is duty she will make sure you feel like the only guest there. Why do I come to Louisville? Embassy Suites and Leslie! It feels like home!!

I very much enjoyedvmy stay here and would recommend anyone to stay here. Tge rooms are nice clean and comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good.all i can say is i really liked this hotel. I would try to stay here again on my next stay in louisville.

The area of the hotel is in a nice quiet environment. The staff were friendly and the hotel was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
